Warren inspected two homes in Cranbrook for us. He was quick to respond to our initial inquiry about a home inspection and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process (top notch communication from Warren's end!). Since we were unable to attend the inspections in person, Warren called us at the conclusion of each inspection to provide a summary his findings. Warren did a foundation inspection on a building we were purchasing. He was thorough, incredibly patient and clearly cared about his work. I needed a home inspection done in April 2021 and knew I had contacted the right business when the phone was answered while Warren was up in the attic doing another home inspection! His inspection was very thorough and his written report included photos of any problems he discovered so we would know exactly where the problem spots were. He was always prompt answering my phone calls and emails. Because we were buying from out-of-province, we couldn't attend the home inspection but he showed remarkable patience with me when we discussed the report over the phone, taking his time to explain anything I didn't understand. We have not bought a home since the 90’s so did not know what to expect with a home inspection. Warren is great to deal with. Prompt in contacting you & keeping in touch. Easy to talk to & is very thorough in his inspections (we’ve had 2 places done). He explains as he goes, should you be there, plus goes over the report (that you get very quickly) that has many pictures to help you make an informed decision. Definitely recommend using his services.
