Very considerate stylists. Nice atmosphere friendly and relaxed. Clean and great colour consulatation. Aldo is an artist.

The staff are ridiculously rude. I called inquiring about a perm service, asking if they offered a digital perm. The woman who answered the phone wasn't sure of what I was asking about, so she passed the phone to a man, who I am supposing is Aldo - the owner of the salon. He began to talk down to me, almost scolding-like based on the tone of voice and his choice of words. Since he has never heard of this type of perm, he claims that it doesn't exist, and implies that I am dumb for inquiring about it. He then asks if I have blonde hair. He may have had other intentions, but to me, it seemed like a dumb blonde" reference

absolute worst experience ever, if you're thinking of going here don't !! I got my hair done in July 2021, I asked for very minimum balayage. I have brown hair and asked for blonde accents. The young lady with dark hair then dyed my brown hair to black and gave me a full head of almost white highlights. it looked terrible. she then blow dried and asked me if I wanted a trim, she cut off atleast 5 inches of my hair, giving me layers that went half way up my head cutting off half my hair. my hair looked terrible I was holding back tears in the salon, she then made me pay over $300 for it. I had to get the colour fixed the net day at another salon and will be growing my hair out for the next few years to get it back to the same length. absolute worst salon experience ever. the lady should be fired!!

I went there as a walk in. Dont really do salons. Aldo said 10 minutes I'll take care of you....Showed him a picture of what I would like for a hair cut....He told me what could work and what wouldnt...The honesty and care I recieved was above and beyond my expectations. I was looking for drastic change. He gave me that with something I could manage on my own....I will go back and recommend to everyone I know.....Thank you AldoBest last minute walk in decision I have ever made....I actually got up today styled my own hair after a haircut and absolutley still love it!!!!See you soon AldoColette

Just had a great cut from Sonia. She was kind, took the time to do the job well, and even read my demeanor and behaved accordingly for a pleasant experience. The other person working their also seemed quite kind although I did not catch his name. Overall impressive.

Exceptional service. Very friendly atmosphere, Resonably affordable, well able to maintain professionalism and quality. All the hairstylists go above and beyond

They have almost doubled the price of a haircut. When asked why the increase was told that they have added a Covid surcharge and also have increased prices to recoup their losses. Not a great idea to try to pass this on the customers who are also struggling. There are plenty of other places to get a haircut around here. Will not be going back here.

Aldo has always been a great place to go, for whatever your style is! Great conversation and friendly environment!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon, they have unlocked a new level of confidence for me! I followed Matt here as he is the only person I will let touch my head for the last 7 years, and was blown away by the customer service and hospitality there. If you are looking for affordable professional service in the keswick area and haven’t been yet it’s worth the visit! I send my own mother there now. Thanks again Salon Aldo!
