They do not stand by their products at all and when I requested an estimate for a repair on their windows purchased 3 years prior I was told that it would be a chargeable service call for just an estimate. They were not concerned at all as to why there windows had cracked in such a short period of time. I was told it’s a busy time of year and to find another company.

The customer service is terrible. The product is cheap and we have had problems since the first day. Our builder recommended Sunrise and we are now fighting with him for providing such a poor quality product.

Like Tim T, our builder used these on our new house. This company should NOT be in business! Product quality is a joke, customer service SUCKS. We've owned a lot of houses (8 in total) and these windows are by far the worst we've ever had. Seriously thinking about legal action against them!

My friend recommended Sunrise to me. Last year, we bought the doors and windows for our project, and everything went very smoothly. By the end of this year, we will need windows for another project, and of course, we will come back again.

Sunrise was doing work on a neighbouring property, that has lots of parking space, but instead parked their truck on the lawn in front of our house leaving ruts (warm wet winter day with soft ground). We emailed them about this and they completely ignored us, no response, no acknowledgement, no apology.

I believe google should add negative stars to its reviews. horrible company. Never give them your business to them. They are incompetent to even replace a single window. they don't know how to do their job.

Do not use this company!!! Our new home windows are a disaster, and the company does nothing. Our windows are missing parts, so they can't open. They are also failing, and fog up because the seal is gone, after less than 2 years. I'm going to have to replace them all(whole house!) They won't return my calls. They were awful from the start, missed deadlines, promised the best quality, delivered late, and installers knew nothing about what they were doing. Their salesperson, Carlos, continually apologized and made promises he never kept. Their warranty is worth nothing, they just don't respond at all. Save yourself the trouble that we are going through. I wish I'd never heard of this company.

Sunrise windows is horrible BEWARE!!! I have a new home and sunrise was the installer unfortunately. They declare they have warranty but when their cheap windows crack and start having moisture issues so early on they don’t stand by what they say. Fabian their manager who didn’t know much assigned Lawrence to come and just check the problem for $170!!! That’s just their initial charge for coming then they give you a ridiculous estimate and keep increasing their price. If anyone has a glass issue please don’t waste your time with Sunrise just call the Glass Doctor they are so professional and helped with my window asap!!
