I’ve never seen a chiropractor before, and so I looked up the best reviews in the city, especially pertaining to TMJ issues, and that led me here to Dr. Paul. The online booking system was a breeze and I was able to get in quickly for an assessment. The team at NW Chiropractic and Massage is simply the best. I’ve worked in Physio clinics before and the atmosphere here is so laid back and patient focused. To Dr. Paul you’re not just a number or a paycheque, you’re someone who needs help and he’s there to help. He’s always so happy and peppy, and just chatting with him makes you mentally feel better. His treatments have never made me feel uncomfortable, and the adjustments are virtually pain free. My TMJ pain and flares have dramatically decreased, which is phenomenal considering the amount of pain I was in when I walked through their doors. That being said, you do need to keep up with your exercises and stretches, but if you’re attending regular treatment and doing the work at home, I think you’re going to experience amazing results. This clinic is so fantastic and the results so good, it’s worth the 20 min drive.If you’re looking for a new chiropractor, I highly recommend getting in with Dr. Paul and his team at NW Chiropractic and Massage. Dr Paul and staff always make me feel so welcome and at ease when I go to visit. He efficiently assessed my areas of concern and created a treatment plan to ease stress related tension and pain. He explains things well, and asks if there are any questions. Highly recommended!

Dr. Paul and his team are some of the best our city has to offer when it comes to chiropractic care. When I have been treated elsewhere in many of the old-school methods I realize just how advanced Dr. Paul is in his techniques over others. Dr. Paul has been helping me with my low back pain for the past three weeks. All things considered it has improved more than I expected it to. The front staff are always friendly as well!

I tweaked my lower back exceeding. Found Dr Paul who was able to examine me. He did his thing in the office but also gave me home stretches to do. He explained the problem in detail and how the home exercises were going to help. I left feeling like a new what was going on and the problems. After a few months my back went back to normal. Dr. Thibert is an exceptional Chiropractor.He even called me on an appointment day to say he was running late by about half an hour.
