I took the PSW course at Anderson college and this is what I experienced. I would have had a wonderful experience at Anderson College if it was not for the education manager Betanya Tefera. She single-handedly ruined my entire experience as a student. As a struggling single father attending college through osap, I expressed some of my limitations to Betanya, only to be answered with a scripted corporate response, completely ignoring my needs as an individual. Having gone through the course, I have found out that the information she gave me is wrong and misleading. She is utterly incompetent at her job and forces students in uncomfortable positions despite their efforts to notify her. She does not listen or make an attempt to help you in any way whatsoever. Betanya also struggles with her ability to communicate so she may be underqualified to act as an effective education manager. Despite having a horrible experience, I still managed to maintain a 98% average. I was planning on continuing my studies with several courses after my initial course was finished. I will no longer be continuing my studies at Anderson college as planned because of Betanya Tefera.

Anderson College of Health, Business and Technology is a compassionate institution for college education. I am a new immigrant and I have so many thoughts in mind whether going back to school is a good idea. But Anderson College gave me a boost and helped me unconditionally to decide to take the first step with them. I am glad to say I have found a place where I feel completely welcomed and appreciated. I am now making my way to my ultimate goal – to become a successful Medical Laboratory Technician someday soon.

Anderson College changed my life after graduating my course Personal Support Worker. It helps me to slowly achieving my goals in life for example finishing college, helping others, helping senior citizen, and sick people by providing them a good a care. I experience saving 1 client life during my placement because one of our client got choked on food and he was feeding himself, our nurse that time got panicked because our client turned violet and won't respond and unconscious. I stood up right away and put my gloves on, I opened his mouth and tried to remove the food in his mouth but nothing came out so I decided to gave him 5 back blows and his food comes out and he began to be responsive and awake. Because of Anderson College I SAVE SOMEONE LIVE!!! and I started taking care of my sick and very old grandmother back home.I had learned how to respond to some medical issues for example giving proper CPR and first aid, how to deal to people with alzheimer's and dementia, how to proper feed and bath elderly with care. Anderson College is a very good and great college school and I won't be scared to help other people in needs and apply all the stuff I learned from my course and from Anderson College North Campus. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDERSON COLLEGE FOR EVERYTHING! I really appreciated all of you and have a great day =).

This place is fraud. They take some people financial aid situation and disappear. Tim Pepper as educational consultant is a jerk. I showed him my high school diploma through my phone and he gets mad because it was crinkle up. I took out my high school diploma from the picture frame long time ago. I will be visiting 2 of Anderson College very soon. Glen as Financial aid planner communication was better. Tim made a promise to me that he was going to book a campus tour at the campus. That part is a lie. This college is full of lies and don't know what they are doing. I wanted a career not a full time job from 9 to 5pm.

Anderson College changed my life. From working to fast food and now a hospital. I was guided by the best mentor. I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Rafik who helped me for my placement and give me some advices for working in the hospital. I want to thank my instructor Ms Simona who’s very patient all throughout the program thou it is very hard because its online class she still manage to share her knowledge and the best way she can. Also thank you to Sir Tonmoy for a very hands on in class lesson. Who really shared skills on doing phlebotomy in a good way. I highly recommend Anderson if you want to change your path of your career.

If I could give -10 stars, I would do it with great pleasure! The most awesome experience from this college. Once they receive payment from you, no one else helps you in anything. Very unprofessional workers, very bad customer service. DEFINATLY NOT RECOMENDED! It was my BIGGEST mistake to sign contract with this college.

In 2021, I opted for Anderson College's Supply Chain and Logistics Program for online education. Although I was initially enrolled at their Hamilton Campus, due to a lack of enrollees at that time, I was advised to postpone my classes. I understood the situation, given that the pandemic was still ongoing. Anderson College administration was very helpful during this time, constantly calling and providing me with better alternatives. Since the program was online, they assisted me in finding a campus offering the same program and starting date, which is why I finished my program at the Toronto campus. Both the Hamilton and Toronto campuses made it easy for me to transfer by helping me reapply for OSAP and setting up my profiles at the Toronto campus.Regarding academics, the pressure was manageable, and I had a good experience at this college. I spent most of my time studying online, and the professors were great. They gave us assignments, presentations, and weekly tests. We received timely notes from them. The professors had extensive knowledge in their respective domains, and their vast experience helped us understand the real world of the Supply Chain and Logistics Industry. As for my placement, I know it's difficult to find a placement host, but I hope that the coordinator always considers the students' locations and has patience and approachability. If students find better placement options, I hope the coordinator will support them and be more helpful.Overall, I am grateful to Anderson College for everything. After I graduated from the Supply Chain and Logistics program, I received offers from different companies.

As a graduate student of Anderson, it made me realized that I can be more competitive in a different field of study, opposite of my other specialization. I enjoyed my medical esthetics program, teachers were all experts in their field of teaching, well knowledgeable and really boast our confidence to excel. Hopefully, the type of teaching and support given to each student will go through the years so that there will be more students to help and train.
