Clean premises and friendly staff. Nice fresh products. Very well organized and following proper and orderly Covid-19 protocol. Clients waited in line and no more than 5 people inside! Impressed!

We love the patisserie that has some sort of pudding inside and comes with honey syrup on top. Don't know exactly the name, but we buy it only from you. Very delicious.

I’ve gone here quite frequently and no matter what time you go they are always out of everything with little to no variety. So, I prefer to call in advance just to make sure I won’t waste my time. Today, I called to know if they had a specific pastry and MID sentence I get cut off and told in the most rude tone; “yes please I’m very busy make it quick”. I’m very sorry but if you’re very busy I would prefer you not answer the phone and save me at least a sliver of respect for your bakery. I’m beyond turned off by this place!! I know they are the same company as Serrano but trust me just go to Serrano, they are more professional, nicer and actually have stock every time.

Went in to buy a bread on Monday morning with only my debit card in hand, the girl serving was very rude and asked if I was really going to pay $1.85 with debit, all I had was my card. If the bakery has a minimum purchase with debit she simply could have advised me and I would have bought something extra. If you don’t want customers to pay with debit then don’t offer it! She was extremely rude and I felt embarrassed in front of other customers. I will shop elsewhere in the future

First time visiting this bakery. Bought some Greek food and it was amazing. The cake we bought was great.

The best croissants I have had in Montreal! The cheese danishes are amazing too!

Their cakes are amazing, and their ice cream cakes as well. The last time I went the girl at the cash wasn't that friendly. But usually their service is great.Thanks !
