I had a pleasant time at the Stoney Creek location. The ladies were patient with me while deciding on which treatments I wanted & were very friendly and helpful through the process.

I had Andrea as my recent nurse at Skin Vitality and she was absolutely fantastic! She was very positive and polite and made me feel comfortable while answering all my many questions! Would highly recommend Andrea and will be coming back!

I would like to highly recommend vitality locates on Fruitland Road ! The staff are warm and welcoming ! Treat you like a valued client. Carefully listening to your concerns. Before my first treatment 2 weeks ago I looked tired so I felt tired, the professional staff took their time asking me what I’d like done to make me happier “not in those exact words “ but at the end of the day that’s what we all want. After my follow up 2 weeks later and a few tweaks I’m feel more confident in more ways than one. Thank you Andrea and Skin Vitality! J

The place is as beautiful as the staff. Very welcoming and professional . I had a consultation with Adriana who was very informed about every procedure. She didn’t try to push any service that wouldn’t work for me . Gave very helpful suggestions as well.Irena made sure you were comfortable took her time and explained everything she was doing. I had smokers wrinkles above my lip and had Botox into top lip. The results turned out really, really well.I will definitely go back for more services. The staff is excellent. My rating 10++++++

There are reviews here about cleanliness. I did not find the treatment room/ area to be clean. In actuality the lobby waiting area was cleaner than where I had my service performed. The floors were very dirty. There was a coffee cup in the room, I imagine from the tech. I myself am a RN of over 3 decades.The technician or nurse unsure who she was set up her sterile field from a SINK with a blue pad in it. I should have left at that point,They make you pay up front. It was well over $1200.00 for my service. Hard sell by the receptionist. Upselling.I have had filler before and it was not as painful nor did I bruise as much with this service.. It was extremely painful and the numbing agent went into my mouth and my tongue and throat were numb as a result. I was numb in my throat for about 2 hours after/ This NEVER happened in the past.Kind of sloppy.I was having botox between the brows. She neglected to apply the topical anesthetic agent to this area. When I asked her she replied Oh you want it there too? Its only 3 pokes!" she sighed and then applied the cream.The tech advised she did no formal educational training other than from the business. She said she was a nurse but ??? Another red flag for me.I came here about 2 weeks ago and I am still numb and have difficulty drinking. My lips are erythematous and I am now on antibiotics. I have booked an apptmt with a Dermatologist to have the filler removed.. Should have known better. I declined photos for confidentiality reasons and she took offense to that and made me sign a waiver?? Stay away from this place unless you want the treatment I received here. Needless to say I did not make a follow up appointmentShe was stiff and rehearsed and unfriendly. Hard sell by the receptionist. At the end of the service

overwhelmingly satisfied would be an understatement!!!skin vitality deserve all the praise they receive!the staff treated me with the utmost care and attention, from the moment i walked in, to the moment i left the door, right up until the aftercare treatment process in my own home!i have never been treated so respectfully, with empathy to my needs, and with a great respectable attitude all the way from the secretary up to the nurse practitioners.i wanted to give a big warm shutout and virtual hug to my nurse practitioner, ANDREA BOYER!!! (you are amazing Andrea and i mean it). I feel as if Andrea took my treatment to an entirely new level because she took extra care, time, and attention to make sure every single detail of my procedure was to my satisfaction. She re-assured me that my lip filler procedure would be virtually painless, calming my nerves - paired with verifying every detail i had in mind. Andrea Boyer has the touch of a goddess!I am obsessed with how my treatment turned out and its all thanks to the professionalism of Andrew Boyer. I’m so impressed with the polite & professional staff at the Stoney Creek Skin Vitality location. They walked me through the different types of Botox and Juvederm treatments in detail so I could fully understand my options. The injector Andrea made me feel comfortable & relaxed she is very knowledgeable & answered all my questions. I’m very happy with the results & will be returning to this location.Laurie

I recently went for lip filler and found this clinic not at all what i was hoping for. As a first time client, I expected some intake form paperwork. My appointment was for 1pm. It wasnt until 3pm that my service begun. They ask multiple questions over and over on form, verbally, which i found very annoying. Their prices are extremely jacked up and i felt ripped off. A full syringe is between $750-$900 +. RIP OFF. You can walk into a lip specialist clinic and you’re paying half the price for the same or equal product. They really try to upsell you and make you feel like you need more than what you went for. They do not offer lip oil after treatment, they also dont offer pain reduction balls (for the pain when doing your lips) or ice packs for your lips. Not to mention it took over 30 minutes for filler to be done. I am not new to the filler game, ive been doing my lips for 8 years now and this was by far the worst experience i ever had. Not to mention my lips feel very bumpy now and i have extra creased lines by my mouth that were never there before. The treatment rooms are dirty and unpleasant to look at. Only positive thing to say is the lady who did my lips was very kind and nice. Would not recommend at all. First and last time.

I had the best experience at Skin Vitality in Stoney Creek last week.The staff is very polite, attentive and professional.I bruise very easily and I don’t have one single bruise on my face. Irina did a superb job; she’s very kind, knowledgeable, skilled and very quick. I will definitely be back to see her again in a few months. Thanks so much Irina for your wonderful work.
