Don't trust their website. The prices mentioned there are far away from the reality.I wanted to rent one bedroom for 3 weeks, there was no opportunity for this property for this period, only for 8 days and the only option was 2 bedroom unit... OK.. And than the price was said... It was almost twice bigger, than the price on their website... And suddenly the tax was added (despite the information on their site - “no tax“)Wasn't there, I can't tell anything about the place, just telling about my experience with them by the call comparing the information on their website ...

My husband and I stayed at Copper Kettle from mid November'22 to December'22. Right from the very beginning, everything was perfectly set up for our stay. The apartments are cozy and fully furnished with everything set up for one to enjoy a comfortable stay - you can simply move in with your bags. The building is secure and has commercial coin laundry in the basement. The apartments are fully serviced - cleaning is done every two weeks and you can reach out to the super friendly staff for any issues. There is also a common area with a fully stocked k-cup coffee machine and a fridge. The guest house is walkable distance from Canada Post, a convenience store and a park. What more can one ask for? It was a truly delightful stay thanks to Bruno, Denise and Atlas and I would recommend Copper Kettle to everyone who is visiting Sudbury and nearby areas.

Hassle free check-in/check-out. All kitchen utilities are provided. Clean bathroom, and linen. Place is clean and well maintained. Common kitchen available with coffee, breads and other continental breakfast items is a big help for some quick bites. A store is nearby for quick snacks. LCBO, post office all are there on same street. Quite neighborhood. One issue though, not too many options to eat if you don't drive a car.

Beautiful home away from home.My husband has been staying here off and on for the last five years while working at Vale on different projects.I have visited him during each time and have enjoyed my stay each time.Fully furniture very clean apartments with fully equipped kitchen and access to bbq, great wifi and laundry room access.The owners and manager are very accommodating and there to help to make you stay very enjoyable.

Kudos to Bruno and Denise for their support. The owner went an extra mile to support his customer. I have made this my permanent stay over whenever I visit Sudbury. Thank You guys ! Much appreciated and love !!!

Excellent place to stay! I am working at the Nickle Mine and stumbled across this place and tried my luck on seeing if it was available, I was in luck and got a room. The place is old but not in a bad way! Super nostalgic well built building that was probably an office of Vale / Inco at one time, its super cool and the owners have made it into a nice cozy quiet place with a mess/ main kitchen area and rooms with everything you need for a long stay, even a BBQ! Highly recommend if you want a fully functional place to stay in Sudbury!! If i am working here again I will definitely book at the guest house again but better book early cause I'm sure it'll be a fight to get one!

Had to travel from NS to Sudbury for family emergency.Found my stay comfortable and any extra needs were met quickly.Denise kept my room clean and comfortable and made herself available for a chat when she could which I appreciated very much.Bruno and Giselle were very helpful and understanding.Bruno is very accommodating and flexible with issues that come up.Safe building and area for walking outside.I would recommend this place to others.

Copper Kettle Guesthouse has exceeded my expectations. Denise and Bruno have been so kind and welcoming. If I ever have an issue (towels, soap, etc) they are very quick to respond and will always get it sorted, making my stay completely hassle free. Building looks old from the outside, but don’t be fooled, inside the units are well furnished and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!
