I went there with my friend and bought some candy from this bins that have codes on them, we were going to checkout and she made a big deal of us not having a number on the bag and dragged us around the store looking for a code and being really rude to us. The bin has no number so we weighed it and we’re going to search it up on the kiosks. I love save on but some of the workers there are really rude. The workers name was kacey or Lacey she has hearing aids. And when she found a code for the candy she practically threw out change at us (85€) and slapped the receipt into my hand and shooed us out of the store. On another hand I had a male worker and he was very nice don’t remember his name though.

Bought a bunch of groceries a week ago went to cook up our steaks to find out they were rancid it stunk up my whole house had to throw it all away didn’t even wanna return because it stunk so bad. I’m now scared to eat the other meat I bought and will not shop meat products there again not worth it

This Save On is located on the west side of Kelowna in West Kelowna. Large store. Lots of selection. This was the first time I was at this location as I had to pick up some food when in the west side. Pretty typical Save On grocery store. You can shop online and have curb side pick up here.

I so enjoy going here weekly especially the pharmacy the manager is always there for me very friendly staff I'd drive the extra mile just to go here for my pharmacy needs

There is VERY little room to get around this store. Do not attend with children or a wheelchair or other mobility device. The produce/deli/seasonal" section is so cluttered I felt like I was in a one way maze. Every single time we encountered a customer

The self-checkouts are terrible, They are incredibly slow and freeze. Also the cashiers look like they are overworked and not having a good time up there.The store is so small and crowed with people. Also barcodes hardly work and you have to ask for help and hold up the line at self scan or if you get a cashier you have to hold up the line there while someone finds the price. This store is run terribly.
