My review goes to Gisele. She has been cutting my hair now for 3 years and shes the best! She communicates a lot and she has a great welcoming attitude. Everytime she cuts my hair she always does the job very good! She is the best hairdresser and defenitely my favorite one and will always be. Plus she is always doing her job with passion. Good job Gisele!

Bad comustomer service. Rude personnel. They only have one hairdresser who takes children. Aslo, it is impossible to do a drop-in unless you have a hairdresser at the salon. This is the worst salon I know. Avoid at all cost. I would give 0/5 if it was possible.

Gisèle was rude and rushed me out and ended up giving me a horrible, uneven haircut. She didn't even give me enough time to check the haircut in the mirror. She overcharged me without telling me beforehand.I will never return to this place because of her. Too bad because I used to be a regular customer here.

After having my hair cut at a place in Laval today, I can now really appreciate the good work one of the dressers here did the last time I went. To bad for me she is on vacation this week... Oh well, at least I ready for Halloween.
