I was looking for an item that was out of stock on all the websites. I came across this store and called in. Kevin was very helpful and assisted me with buying this item as well as accommodated me for the delivery! Will definitely check out the new store in the convinient new location in Vaughan beside Colossus! So excited for my purchase!!! Thank you so much again and will definitely come back for more!

I absolutely love the Waterloo! My experience from research to storeroom visit to purchase to delivery and set up was impeccable.They have amazing customer service and rapidly addressed and resolved all my questions.My apartment is super small (450 sq ft) and the modular nature of the Waterloo is perfect for my needs.It’s bigger than I expected, which isn’t a bad thing because all the pieces can be repositioned. I currently have it set up in an L shape using 5 pieces because my wall is too short to position it fully horizontally. I’m using the extra piece as a separate chair.When you reposition it to a bed, it makes a slightly larger queen. I bought a padded queen mattress cover and it *just* barely stretches over it. Plus the extra storage is super appreciated!I also picked up the Haredon side table and I think it's gorgeous + functional!Highly recommended for downtown Toronto living! Thank you Small Spaces team!

Recently took delivery of our beautiful Valencia sofa - a delightful purchase experience at every stage, from showroom to unwrap & setup. Website is very informative & easy to use, but you absolutely must visit the showroom to fully appreciate these products. This is not 'small ' furniture; this is properly scaled furniture that, for us, has transformed our oddly-sized living space! Definitely, one of our smartest purchases ever!

I'm so happy to have discovered SSP.Having researched similar stores across Canada both in Toronto and Vancouver, SSP prices could not be matched (particularly their November sale) for similar products.Kevin's assistantance was particularly helpful.I suggest visiting their location as floor models have great discounted prices.Their white glove delivery and installation service was excellent.Friends are looking at their site now!

Really happy with service, quality of products, and execution. We live in a big house, but wanted a small pull-out sofa for a small office/bedroom. Found just the right product, and decided to buy an additional pull-out sofa for the basement. Very reasonable prices. Excellent service from Kevin. Received a 5 year warranty on the products. They quoted several months for delivery because the larger sofa had to be specifically made up with respect to the colour we wanted. Instead of months, the product was ready in weeks. They sub-contract with Alaeve delivery service, who were excellent. Over all, could not be more pleased.

I purchased the Maya couch in mustard color off of their website. There was an issue with shipping (website quoted it weirdly low at 15$ for a pretty heavy couch) so they called me the next day with the actual price, offering me to either cancel the order or to pay the difference of the revised quote. I decided to still take it. It was delivered to Montreal pretty quickly.SPP had included an additional set of slipcovers (brown) with the delivery as a thank you for being one of the first customers from Quebec.Sadly, the mustard color ended up being wayyyy different in person than on the website. Also, while it was nice of them, I wasn't a fan of the brown slipcovers they had sent.I contacted SPP about it and they offered to send me a third set of slipcovers for free, excluding shipping charges. I picked the Light Grey ones (after seeing actual pictures of them, not just the images on the website) and am happy with it.While I didn't get exactly what I wanted in the end, the people at SPP were very nice to deal with and accomodating.

Small Space Plus
I had been looking for ages for a sofa bed for my mother's retirement suite. I finally found Small Space Plus on google and spoke to Kevin. I was able to purchase a floor model in their sale at a great price and although there were a couple weird computer glitches in the process, Kevin spent as much time as needed to make it all work. The sofa bed was delivered withing a week, and the delivery guys were great. Every part of the experience with SSP was very professional, easy and great value for a high quality piece of furniture. Even the delivery was great. You could track the truck on a map and they give you a 3 hour window and a 30 minute warning before they arrive. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience!

Small Space Plus
We have made a few purchases now from Small Space Plus and it only gets better. The staff have always been super helpful and provide us the details we need. Most importantly the quality of the furniture is extremely well made. Our last couch purchase was a great sectional that is super comfortable but still looks new after almost 2 years. It's nice to know that our couch will stand the test of time, in a market that most furniture has become disposable. We highly recommend Small Space Plus if your looking for a couch or any other furniture.
