Extremely sad to have to write this review. Was a long time satisfied customer of Sterling Cleaners but it has changed hands since I last used it. We had four items cleaned. Two look worse than when we left them. Both my silk jacket and skirt are so poorly pressed that I will be taking them elsewhere to clean. The skirt also has marks on it that were not there previously. If you have clothing you value please do not leave it at this establishment. They should be paying me for damages rather than me paying for cleaning.
