The service guys Ben/Mitch/Jeff are all super to deal with! And the concierge girls always remember me and my specific requests!On another note, the old building had a dope picture of a “brontosaurus on a highway” on the sitting/waiting area wall. Sadly, however, it seams the picture didn’t make it to the new building. I would be thrilled to see it return!

I bought a used car here and was impressed at the service provided by the sales representative and managers with whom I worked. Ming was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and facilitated my visit and test drive promptly. The price was quite fair for the vehicle, especially given it was also going to receive some repairs for safetying before I picked it up. One snag was that it wasn't quite ready upon pick up, but the used sales manager Shawn was very attentive and made coming back for the final fixes quick and as inconvenient as possible - I got to try out a very cool loaner vehicle in the mean time. I am so happy with my new-to-me vehicle and recommend this dealership!

Great energy I felt from the friendly staff as I came in for them to do service on my car, made me proud to own a Volkswagen. Cool little shop too next to the showroom and they offer a warranty up to 80,000kms on any Volkswagen.

I’ve had multiple phenomenal experiences at VW Waterloo. Mike helped me purchase my car back in the fall, and the experience was seamless. Who knew purchasing a car didn’t have to be stressful? This past week I took my vehicle in for service, and Ben went above + beyond to look into the best option for repair, and even called my warranty providers on behalf of me! Definitely recommend, top notch service!

The service department at VW Waterloo is incredible. They are all always willing to help and will go above and beyond every time. The sales department is also incredible and always willing to chat about new vehicles and assist in anyway they can. You can tell the management of this dealership is great.

Very quick and efficient. Brad got right to work and didn't waste any time. The building is really nice, spacious and lots of amenities while you're waiting. Not to mention the service people are really nice and answered a lot of the questions I had. Kept me company for a bit while I waited and took good care of my car while moving it! My clutch isn't the easiest to use but Jovana moved it without burning it or stalling, which is very impressive!

The Service Department at VW Waterloo is always outstanding. Yesterday’s visit was no exception. I had a battery failure and they made room for me in their appointment schedule within an hour of my calling. They replaced the battery and checked out the charging and electrical systems all within an hour or so. What a great experience.
