The Boardroom

This was only my first and second times inside the store (first to drop off two snowboards for waxing, then to pick them up), and I was super impressed! Each time I was greeted warmly and the staff was helpful and friendly! When I dropped the boards off, I had no idea what service I would need, and the technician came over and took the time to look at my boards and explain what he could do for each one. The vibe in the store is great, and it really feels like the employees genuinely enjoy working there, which definitely explains the amazing customer service! I don't live in the area, but I'll 100% be making the 45min drive there from now on!

Fantastic experience! Jeremy helped my husband buy new snowboarding boots, and he made me wish I needed a new pair as well. We learned so much from him about the products and brands, and my husband was able to make a selection that he really feels confident in. I’d highly recommend!

I bought a pair of boots here recently. They didn't fit very well. The guys took them back and spent an hour helping me find a pair that fit. I was there until after the shop closed, but they didn't seem to care until we found the right pair. The also have a very forgiving return policy. I will be buying all my snowboard gear here from now on.

This was an amazing experience! Went in looking to buy new skate helmets for my girlfriend and me. We were helped right away by an employee with a handlebar moustache (sorry I didn't catch your name and I'm calling you out so other people can speak with the helmet guru if they are looking for some info!) given an in-depth explanation on how skate helmets work, why they work, and how one is supposed to fit; it was excellent! That employee helped us choose right helmet sizes! Then we noticed the 35th-anniversary sale was on and started trying on some clothing. Walked out with two new helmets and some discounted clothing! Very happy with our purchases and experience here. All the team members were amazing and the store was particularly clean and organized. Definitely recommend and will be back again ourselves.

The staff are great. Jeremy helped me out with a new board I had picked out, and what options would be good for my significant other. They carry everything you need, most major brands, and they have decent discounts on previous seasons boards

Fantastic, dedicated team that helped me arrange for a gift certificate for my son while I was traveling. Friendly, personal service that makes the whole experience a real pleasure. And yes! According to my teenage son they have the best gear around.
