I found Chas to be professional and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem I called him for but he helped me with balancing the water. Whenever I've needed to contact him, he has responded very quickly. Additionally, I found that his price was very fair.

Unprofessional and rude.

My family took over a very complex pool system (water features/spillover/etc) when we moved into our current home and had less than great experiences with several pool companies. When our pump broke, I reached out to several pool companies with great skepticism. At first I was even skeptical about Chas, but he was consistent in communicating, reliable and did not shy away from providing references, emailed quotes, invoices - all the extra steps that reassure you that you're working with a legitimate business. He also did not charge us for his consultation appointment or ever ask for money before the job was done.Not only did he fix our pump, he spotted a host of other problems left to us by people who didn't know how to properly open our pool system. He always gave us options when it came to purchasing parts, and would buy them on our behalf instead leaving that extra step on our shoulders. We've called him back three times since the first call and now our pool is working perfectly and it's a huge relief.Chas knows what he's doing (our system was not an easy one to come into), has a lot of experience to back it up, is always reliable, communicative, and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

Chaz is professional, upfront,and dedicated! I had an issue with the pool company I was using and had to find someone knowledgable and up for the task as we have a bit of a complicated system!Chas came in took over and our pool has never looked better! I would highly recommend Chaz!

We had to put 15-foot section liner out of the track to do some stone work around the pool. I contacted Chas he showed up in a few hours. He was able to put the liner in the track in just a couple of hours. Excellent work and highly recommended.
