Stopped in for breakfast one morning while visiting Cumberland. The food was well prepared and tasty and the coffee was good. While the place was moderately busy, there was not a long wait for the food. A nice place for breakfast or lunch.

Have been here a couple times and I absolutely loved my lunch today! I think this might have been a daily special? If it is I would love to see it on the regular menu! Can't remember. So lovely, had a bit of everything, dahl with rice and pickled onion, smashed samosa with fresh veggies, four sauces, naan, pakora (I think), and little crackers (can't remember the name) all delicious, gorgeous presentation, and super reasonable price! Staff were lovely and I just had the best time. Thanks!

Split an eggs benni with my mom. What a wonderful place. Every time I come to town I’ll take my mama there for breakfast every time.

Enjoyable meal, very very friendly service and nice outside patio sidewalk to enjoy out meal. The community of Cumberland is laid back and friendly, his restaurant fits right in.I had the Spanakopita and it was a great meal, they also have other vegetarian options other than this dish.

Traveled in from the lower mainland for an event. Such friendly service. Loved the live music playing when I came in for lunch. The fried chicken Benny was perfect to the last bite. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic breakfast place, nice staff and amazing food. Coffee is outstanding. The homemade sausage patty was outstanding. A really great place to stop near Cumberland lake for a great meal along with great atmosphere.

Although smallish portions, very high quality meals and drinks. The prawn curry was amazing. Huge prawns. The pakora wrap was also great. Amazing margarita, authentic taste. Excellent server.

Not only did Alyssa* remember my EXACT order with all the mods..from over a month ago...and one visit.. she remembered I had a dog and brought me biscuits when she brought the to-go box. Five stars, the best, service, I have ever had. Thank you!! * I hope I heard & spelt the name right..

The food was put of this world... Quick service. Large portions. And an out door patio to enjoy it all on. People and pets walking by, sunny day, couldn't have been better. Strongly recommend and will definitely visit again. Thanks guys! Excellent experience.

I was puzzled by the reviews that emphasized the service. Food place, no? I understood, though, when we didn't have a server wait on us but rather a brilliant front house manager. That gal (check said Elise) should give lessons on how to run a restaurant. Offered to clear the best table for us to sit, candid and helpful with the menu in a straightforward way, attentive, pleasant, all while playing hostess, checking vax, and serving 7, 8 other tables. Never looked ruffled. Genius.So, now food. I'm a tough sell on brunch because I can cook a mean breakfast and I don't like paying swacks of money for messed up eggs and potatoes. Sell it somewhere else I say. This one wowed me. Bengal Benny: thin slice of Indian spiced tofu, topped with smashed pakora, spinach, (I took the recommendation to add) poached eggs, topped with cashew milk hollandaise, with pan fries. Absolutely delectable. Oh and I had the fantastic chai. I couldn't have dreamed that up in a dozen years let alone make it. What an absolute treat. Thank you for such an amazing meal. I've never wanted to give a place six stars, until this one.
