Dr. McLeod was extremely rushed and rude, trying to get through us so fast. I've never seen a doctor speak so fast, she has no patience and is not attentive at all. Just before I was leaving, I was gonna ask her a question but she just turned around and walked away. Nonetheless, the other staff was great.

Exceptional Service! Eye-Exam was thorough and used newer technology and machines. The optometrist was very friendly, attentive and took the time to understand my specific requirements.If that wasn't already great, the aftersales service is the best I've ever had! I had multiple issues with my eyes adapting to different lenses and they were completely understanding and went above and beyond to solve the problem at no cost to me.Amazing Team and Service!!

I have been going to this office for years, off and on. Today, they really showed their true colors, and what sets them apart from other optometrists. The atmosphere and professionalism are outstanding, and each employee just as amazing as the next.Thank you for being so patient, empathetic, and for being such good people. I loved my experience at Dr. Brown's practice. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown is personable, and used each opportunity of explanation, to educate me, on what he was assessing, etc.Mrs. Heidi Peddle assisted me to find glasses that not only suited my face, but my lifestyle, I appreciated her assistance and direction immensely, as I'm not particularly patient, nor am I fashionably knowledgeable about eyewear. I've received many compliments on my glasses, thanks to her expertise. I enjoyed the experience and am pleased, to frequently recommend their services to friends and family.

A review isn’t something I typically do. But the other day I found myself without contacts and couldn’t get an appointment as soon as needed to no fault of the office. I have been going here for years and typically see Dr Weir. After having a conversation with his secretary I was asked to call back in an hour and when I called back I was informed that they were selecting a set of frames and putting lenses in with a case and cleaner for only 50$ to do me until I can get my eyes checked for contacts again. Remarkable service and all around great family of people working there!

The only reason I rated 4 star is so that I don't undermine the professionalism of doctors and their exceptional services.I would naturally have rated below 3 star due to a harrowing experience that is still ongoing. Paid for glasses on 7th April 2022, called 3 times with no updates until I visited the office today. It was obvious my previous calls were wasted efforts from the feedback.Simply unacceptable and not good enough!!
