Despite having friendly staffs, the store fails to deliver any low price

I was able to find what I was looking for and check out quickly. I'd definitely go back if I want good value for my household items. Masks are mandatory during Covid!

It's really cute.It seems like a good spot for foreign students to get some travelling and dorm room friendly odds and ends reminiscent of home.Location Con: It's odd to have what feels like a completely separate store inside of another store, and it's on the second floor which decreases it's accessibility to someone who may want to visit just this establishment. It's a little confusing and intimidating to approach. What do we do with the products of the first store when we encounter the second store before we are ready to checkout the first store's products? Go all the way back downstairs, make all our purchases, take them to our cars, and then come all the way back in and up to the second floor to finally explore this new place? While good for exercise, this isn't good for successful business traffic. So, I think it deserves it's own, more independent location and entrance.Location Pro: They have lots of fun pop culture items which creates an opportunity to have a really interesting experience fostering cultural and artistic appreciation. Because it is inside a Walmart you can step back outside of the store to immediately compare the offerings of a given franchise like Marvel for example, between the westernish styles on Walmart's shelves and the easterly aesthetics on the shelves on Miniso. This helps show the different artistic preferences and foundations between the two cultural flavors which I find immensely valuable.Achieve a more independent location or remain a portal to broader horizons? Both have value.

i was the baby the cashier yelled at. five stars

A very rude staff who was working on Oct 30/2022 morning, she was an asian lady with ponytail. my one year old toddler was looking at the stuffed animals and put one on the floor, this Asian lady with a pony tail came over and shouted at my baby girl and made her cry. This lady needs to be educated on customer service or be fired!

There was a cashier working this morning Oct 30, in maybe late 20s with a pony tail, very rude and abusive to a toddler who was looking at some stuffed toys then put one on the ground, nothing was broken or damaged, the cashier came over and shouted at the toddler and made the kid cry, you really should up your costumer service standards, this employee should be fired.

Great service. Super promos right now.... You get a gift with any purchase over$15. It was a nice surprise.

I always go shopping here for groceries. GREAT PRICES.

Glad to see more stores like Miniso coming to Victoria. Selection is quite comparable to Vancouver. Hopefully Muji is next!
