Andrew and his family are superb! What initially started off as earring shopping for my now fiancées mom, turned into engagement ring shopping for myself. Andrew gave us honesty, attention, and care. Not once did we ever feel any sort of pressure. His courtesy and craftmanship left such an impact, that over a year later my fiancée purchased my engagement ring from Aurifex. Aurifex Jewellers provides excellent customer service and they exemplify honesty and integrity.I was given my late grandfather's wedding ring to use for my wedding. The ring was far too large for me and about three times as wide as I wanted it to be. I brought it in to aurifex to get resized and they did a wonderful job of turning it into exactly what I had envisioned. Andrew was very helpful in figuring out dimensions that I would prefer, and was very straightforward in explaining the process and exactly what would happen with the gold. He weighed the ring in front of me and made notes for both of us on how much of the gold he would use, as well as explaining how much would be lost to the process. Once I picked up the ring he gave me the remaining gold and again weighed it out in front of me, and explained the math used to determine what was left over.Overall I was extremely pleased with the service from all the staff at Aurifex. Their honesty and helpfulness made the experience enjoyable and as a result I will definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs I have.

Andrew & his lovely wife (and puppy) are sincere, genuine, reasonable & trustworthy. He will listen and will give you exactly what you ask for.I brought in a very custom engagement ring photo where the designer was from New York and it was made as an original for a wealthy lady there. I fell in love with the ring and asked Andrew if you could make an identical replica of it for me. I can honestly say that his version might even be a little bit better, I could not believe my eyes when he showed me the ring!Of course I needed a wedding band afterwards, and was able to design one from scratch with Andrew so my entire set is completely unique to me. He is a true talent and fun to be with, he will sincerely care about what you want! It’s hard to find someone like this these days who is not just there for cash grab but wants to be there to give you what you want. Highly recommended!

I had to cut my rings off due to an injury and spent months trying to figure out where to go to get them fixed. I picked Aurifex because of the high Google reviews and because the work is done in-house. I can’t say enough for Andrew. He was very kind and professional, did the work on time, and the end product is amazing. It also ended up less expensive than I thought it would be. My daughter was given a family heirloom ring from her in- laws as her engagement ring. She had Andrew design and make a beautiful wedding band that matched the shape and style of the antique ring perfectly.I had a ring that I never wore because I didn’t like the setting- I took it in to Andrew and he was able to change the ring into a simple elegant piece of jewellery that I now wear every day.I have had rings re sized and also a brooch clasp repaired.Yesterday I popped into Tiffany’s because I was worried that one of the claws on my Tiffany engagement ring was loose. I was treated with condescension and told that for 365 dollars they would look at it. I then went to visit Andrew and he was kind enough to tighten up the claw and shine up my ring for free!I highly recommend Aurifex Jewellers.
