Diva - Location / Rentals

We had our wedding this past weekend and Diva Location delivered everything we ordered early in the morning and setup everything based on the floor plan we provided at our request. Because of their timely delivery, this allowed us to start the wedding day on the right foot. They are true professionals and we cannot thank them enough for their service! Thank you to Lydia for her amazing help. She booked our furniture, gave us a great tour of the showroom. Did a few demos of charger plates and answered all our questions. We booked them almost a year in advance and she still remembered who we were until the day of! I also appreciated the fact that even though we were a small wedding they still treated us with respect (unlike some other vendors). Thank you!

Nice customer service and plenty of chairs and tables to choose for the party. Price is not bad, it's not so cheap but not so expensive either.

On Saturday Dec 3 - I organized a 7 service dinner for 70 people and I retained the services of Diva Locations Party Experts . It turned out to be an excellent experience. The tables looked fantastic. The young Florence with whom I dealt with was very courteous. Just an excellent client experience and I will repeat ! Thank you very much.Romain

I had gone out of my way to email, call, and even visit this company in order to get a quote for my wedding. I had completely fallen in love with the products and offers in price that they promised, when I initially met the staff and corresponded with them. The moment I was wanting assistance, in order to follow through on a reservation with them, they were rude, disrespectful, and did not even have the courtesy to reply to any of my emails or calls. I honestly did not ask for much- just a simple quote. I had also been clear that I fully understood the extent of business this season and the pandemic has brought, and simply requested that I be notified at least if they were unable to provide me with any services. I could not get even that. I had even respectfully asked if they would rather me correspond with them in French, if convenient for them- as I am at the point of desperation in order to arrange my wedding.If I could give less than a 1 star for customer service, I would. Your staff is disrespectful and is lacking in customer service.If it is the fact that I am an anglophone, you are discriminatory and disrespectful. I am utterly disappointed.

We had our wedding on the 10th of September and our decor was from Diva Location!!!! Gosh just spectacular and timeless is all I have to say. Look no further future brides; the decor is gorgeous and totally worth it!!! Thank you Diva!

Very nice products, excellent customer service and very good prices. I rented most of my wedding supplies there and everything was delivered on time. It also rained on my wedding day and i was able to rent a tent last minute with them. They really went above and beyong for us. I only have good words for this company.

Went here to rent center pieces for my wedding.Should have read the reviews first. The man who served me told me that he would charge me very expensive (in his words he said a ridiculous price) as I wasn’t renting for 6-7000$.He completely undermined me and made me feel unwelcome. I remained polite however will not return. I don’t think telling customers their business is not appreciated is professional. I do not recommend.

We only rented charger plates from Diva but they were very flexible even closer to our event date. Responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Their equipment is beautiful! Would definitely rent from here again!
