Alison Ross Appraisals

Alison came to my house to provide information about some prints I inherited. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. This is not my first encounter with Alison. A few years ago, I met her to discuss an estate and she was very professional then and offered great advice.

Sounds like this person doesn’t have any idea what she is doing. No concern for fair treatment of family members and the deceased’s wishes.Biased and the appraisals are unfair.I recommend staying away from this manipulative and inexperienced amateur.

I spoke with Alison this morning about the contents of my late uncle's condo and settling his estate. We determined that we did not need Alison's services at this point, but she still took time to explain other options that we might consider. This was particularly helpful as the rest of the family does not live in B.C., and we are not familiar with the businesses and services in Victoria. We now have a much better idea of how to proceed, all thanks to Alison.
