On May 31, 2022 I have engaged Nicole McLoughlin to perform an insurance renewal survey on my vessel, which renewal was due June 24, 2022. Nicole set up June 13, 2022 as the survey date, but she then changed it to June 14. The survey took about 5 hours, she then left with the promise that I will have my survey in a few days, in time for my insurance renewal. As I received nothing, I emailed her on June 20, 2022 asking for my survey, she replied saying she is processing the report and researching valuations". On June 24

Scams money! I have waited 6 months now for my survey with nothing but excuse after excuse! Maybe a poor review will get Nicole to provide her paying customers with their surveys!June was my survey date.... absolutely ridiculous!
