AAA Wildlife Control

Everyone at AAA Wildlife has been fantastic to work with (both the phone operators and the guys in the field). We've hired them twice now and they are responsive and do good quality work. They have humanely excluded a skunk from under our shed and squirrels from our attic and we've had no mice ever since they installed screening. Super effective long-term solutions! All around excellent service and highly recommend.

I was so impressed with the process of removing a raccoon mom, and her sweet babies, from my attic, without harming them. Great care of my property was taken, and they implemented a very creative solution to letting the mama remove her babies without giving her access to the attic. I absolutely recommend AAA Wildlife, and appreciate their excellent service and commitment to preserving local wildlife.

My experience with this company was AWFUL! I'm a strata president and called AAA to remove a mama raccoon and 4 kits from a 4th floor balcony. (Yes, she climbed up 4 floors using railings and downspouts carrying a kit in her mouth x 4+)Triple AAA said they could come in 5 days.During that time, the mama who was contentedly sitting on her kits in a resident's plant pot for 3 days began to move around over the roof as she needed to find shade. She was spotted in several places digging into the shingles, shredding many of them.Finally, the day to remove the kits was here. Early that day, she began moving the kits to an unknown location because of the rising temperatures.When AAA arrived in the late afternoon, she was no longer visible, and the hunt began.We hoped she had left our building to seek shade in a tree close by.AAA left, and 8 hours later, she was discovered in a new spot on the roof with kits very close to another resident's balcony. It was a very frightening situation as the resident had no way of knowing she was there until he went out onto the balcony for his enjoyment.AAA was called again. They would arrive in 3 days-really?! I had read so many reviews about claiming they had same day service.Arriving on site 3 days later, the raccoon family were perched on a section of roof that was easily accessible by a resident's balcony.The AAA tech seemed to be confused. I asked him what he planned to do. He said he would come back the next day and take the babies and place them on the ground for the mama to collect them.I was hesitant about it as I figured the mama would bring them straight back up.He said, Then they'll have to come back again if that happens."He left without doing a thing.Overnight

We paid AAA Willdlife to determine what was coming into our attic, where and to remove a critter. My husband had already done the obvious setting of peanut butter traps.They put in a one-way door and set MORE peanut butter traps. When the critter didn't leave (it's still here), they had no more advice on their follow-up visits. Really, they had nothing else.They DO NOT know what to do beyond the basic. They won't honour any guarantee for their services either. My advice: go elsewhere.

We were very pleased with AAA Wildlife control. Before we found them we had used another company to try to get rid of the squirrels in our walls. The other company was unable to get rid of the squirrels and used inhumane methods in their efforts. When we complained about them to the BCSPCA, we were advised by the SPCA to use AAA Wildlife Control. They were very efficient, courteous and got the job done without harming the squirrels by using a one way exit door. A simple effective solution. We will always use this company and recommend that others do too. We’d give them a 10 out of 10!

A few days before Halloween we heard some interesting noises (scurrying, crying and squeaking) from our upstairs bathroom and other areas of our top floor. We called AAA Wildlife Control who were able to arrive later that morning to assess the situation. A lovely technician named Bhavesh gave me a call to coordinate his arrival and provide a quote. He figured it was squirrels given the evidence and proceeded with the treatment and removal plan. Throughout the process Bhavesh was very communicative, letting us know the plan and any updates on the progress. I felt he was extremely thourough and had genuine care for the animals and the customer. After a number of visits and checks, the removal process is now complete. I feel very confident with the services and assured with the warranty should we have any unwanted visitors return. Thank you AAA Wildlife Control, but specifically Bhavesh for your outstanding customer service and technical skills. I will certainly recommend your business to any friends or neighbours experiencing similar critter issues.

Mr. Gerry from AAA Wildlife helped us to remove a squirrel from attic. AAA wildlife control was prompt arriving in the window agreed upon. He was very professional and was easy to work with discussing the scope of work required. He was very careful and worked safely and did not damage anything. The work site was clean and tidy when he left. I'm very happy and would choose them next time I need help. It was squirrels nesting in the soffit under the roof.

From the initial phone call to the final resolution, this was a great experience. Their receptionist was a wonderful, calming voice. It was much needed as I was probably a bit more on the panicked end. She helped me diagnose the likely issue and help book the next available appointment.Dan was wonderful when he came out. He was thorough and transparent. When I asked him about other rodent life, he outlined options and different possible paths. with upsides and downsides. With regards to the raccoon, he was careful and dealt with the humans and the animals in a very gentle way.If you have a raccoon issue, or really any other issue within their niche, I would highly recommend AAA Wildlife. They were wonderful to deal with.
