Nicely sized store with decent options for men and women. Watch carefully for sale signage - can be a little misleading. Staff seemed busy so not a lot of help available. Prices weren't any cheaper than a regular Tootsies. Average experience overall. But, on the flip side, I found the shoe I was looking for.

Nice store. I was able to go online to find what I needed before I showed up which when you have size 14 feet is a big help. Staff were very friendly and helped me find the boot and talked through waterproofing options with me. Price was not any cheaper than elsewhere but I don't mind paying for the quality I need.

Was looking for a new pair of warm winter boots. Staff was super nice and helpful (measured my shoe size, made sure thick socks would fit in the shoe etc.) and I found not only exactly the kind of boot I wanted (black, simple style without any fur or decoration - truly difficult to find in the womens section) but also an additional pair for the summer. There was a sale going on so the price was spectacularly good.Would definitely go there again!

Took my 95 year old mother in there today and Don, the manager, and Sheryl, were so very helpful and kind to my mom. Great selection, great staff! Highly recommend!

They have a very nice variety of brands, however the prices are not quite what an outlet mall should have, in my opinion. You can find the same brands on Amazon for better prices, and they are being delivered to you doorstep. A lot of stores do not have the idea that there are online stores that are a very strong competition, or they do, and they take advantage of the population that does not know. A bit sad ...

Very unpleasant customer service. Asked if they have a seniors discount was told no they don't so I asked if they have a CAA discount was told and I quote I told you we don't do discounts" in a very rude tone will think againg about going back to this franchise. If I could give no stars I would"
