we bought brand new hone from them ..closing was in april .since then nobody came to fix the issues .called them several times ...emailed them so many times.really really bad after sale service.our washroom is leaking ..nobody is coming to fix the washroom.they dont care ...while booking ..we were given the impression that this is the best builder we r dealing with.they dont care once the house is closed.let me write to tarion ...to see if they do something.

These guys are literally scammers, we bought a house from them and half the staff quit. We had so many issues and they failed to repair or address anything. This is a brand new house and all the window seals are cracking

Amazing staff and amazing builder! I’ve owned a couple pre-build and quality like this is few and far in between. So happy to have a unit at BLine located on the corner of Lakeshore and Horner. Beautifully planned, can’t wait to see the final product! Go to see Millie Perricone, she is a champion sales rep! Amazing service!!

My fiancé and I purchased units at the BLine project through Royalpark homes and we have been very happy with our experience. The builder and sales agents have bent over backwards to be accommodating to us throughout some of the challenges we have faced and have really supported us and it’s made our experience that much more meaningful to us. It was more than we expected from a builder. They treated us like family. I’m so happy we chose Royalpark homes.
