Dr. Shakti Sharma

Extremely poor experience trying to get an appointment with this dermatologist. I have been scheduled and cancelled many times in the past 8 months and still have not seen this dermatologist. Every time I have a scheduled appointment the secretary will call a week or two before the appointment date to cancel it providing various excuses. Do not book here. You will wait many, many months for an appointment only for it to be cancelled and rescheduled over and over again - based on other reviews it seems this is common practice at this clinic and perhaps this should be reported to CPSO and investigated. This dermatologist is extremely unreliable and has absolutely no regard for your time. Very unprofessional and pathetic customer service. Save your time and money and do not book with this dermatologist. Does not deserve even 1 star.

not a good experience at all, the older gentleman that works there, removed pre cancer from my husbands head, in the office, no sedation? can you imagine the pain, not sure if he knew what he was doing, or if he even cared, very painful and shocking, dr Sharma is never available, had lots of appointments canx and never been able to rebook for myself, waited a long long time at appointments to see her when I first went, then was seen by nurse? no patient care given, would never go back....

Terrible experience. I was booked to see her last since october cancelled my appointments 3 times alredy till now. They gave me excuses that dr sharma been off all this month and i recieved call last week they cancelled my appointment again and said dr sharma has went to india. They are such a big liars. I just got to know that dr. Sharma never went anywhere she is actually seeing patients in her clinic. This guys are so unprofessional in caring for their patients like honestly i am done with you. DR. Sharma and ur staff you are pathetic!

I wouldn't recommend. The doctor was not willing to listen. She prescribes the same anti bacterial medicine to everyone with different acne issues. 2 of my friends were prescribed the same medicine as me. Only saw me for 15 seconds and left. Talked about her up sells (laser cosmetic treatment).I had to wait 50 minutes over and above my scheduled appointment time.

Incredibly unprofessional. She berated her nurse in front of me because her nurse recommended some other holistic lifestyle changes I could try for my issues. Her office subsequently sold me expired medication, for which I had to go back to exchange for some non expired ones. Only saw the doctor for 30 seconds, and could not ask more than 2 questions before she ran out of the patient room.

One of the worst doctor and worst staff i have seen. First, they will call you after 6 month for appointment and when u want to confirm about the appointment they will be like oh, your appointment is not booked with us. Such a pathetic service by them.

These ppl are a joke. My child’s doctor referred us to her. After 3 months they called and booked an appointment. A week before the appointment they called to reschedule. They wanted to give an appointment after 4 months. What a joke?

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL. I would not even give 1 star if there was an option of 0 or a NEGATIVE RATING SCALE. Had an appointment made in September and she has cancelled 3 times in a row now and it is almost February. This is RIDICULOUS. She does not care about her patients at all and she does not want the best for her patients as doctors should abide by. Her receptionists are even worse and they do not want to help you at all. They will talk to you in a terrible way as they do not care either. The whole team here is really bad and I advise NO ONE to get a referral here and go somewhere else. Besides, even if you have a referral it doesn't even matter because she will call you the day before and always cancel it. DO NOT waste your TIME here because this place is ridiculous and not professional at all. You would think after the first or second time of cancellation that your appointment would not get changed, however 3rd time is a charm for her and she will cancel whenever she feels to not come to work, or maybe go on vacation. There is no way she has things that come up 3 times that she keeps cancelling. Her administration staff is pathetic also and do not care about the patients at all. By far, this is the worst service any patient will receive and please do not go to her at all and get a referral elsewhere. STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE NEGATIVITY AND CARE THAT IS NOT PATIENT CENTRED. Instead of helping patients to heal themselves which is the responsibility of a healthcare professional, she is the one that is making the health of patients decline even further by increasing wait times and cancelling appointments. She does not hold the true OATH of a doctor and the receptionist staff do not care about the patients at all in order to help a person. DO NOT GO HERE.

The clinic, the staff and the dermatologist herself did not seem professional at all. It genuinely seemed like they did not care about the patients coming in. As I walked in, Dr.Sharma did not inquire about any past history about my condition, nor did she seem to care about anything I had to say. When brought my concerns, she immediately started recommending medications I could go on. She only cared about promoting her cosmetic treatments. Upon asking her recommendations of any drug store products I could use, she didn’t bother telling me any, and when I showed mine, she hardly cared enough to look what I was showing to her. She immediately signed off a prescription and my initial consultation with her was less than 2 minutes. If you can, please avoid this place, the doctors nor the staff care about providing the service and medical attention you need !!!

Terrible experience. Canceled 3 appointments for my son over a 6 month span. Various excuses. Over an hour, wait with a 6 year old. Over booking. Over 20 people in the waiting room. Disgusting. No covid protocol. Inhumane treatment of patients. I won't be returning and most likely will leave after waiting over an hour. Save your time. Go elsewhere!!!
