Incredibly awkward. I went in with my partner with the intention of buying a lot of stuff for Valentine’s Day, but the front desk individual, a middle aged woman with brown curly hair, stood in front of her desk staring at us, with her arms crossed the entire time. We ended up only buying a bottle of lube and will be taking our business to Calgary from now on.I feel the need to say, this is not the first time I have purchased things here, I did not have a bag, a purse, or a jacket on. I understand theft is an issue, but shopping for your sex life is a delicate issue and embarrassing to many people- so staring at them while they do it is a great way to chase off customers. Congrats and good luck with your suspicious and overbearing attitude, you will need it.

You don't have to be by my side the entire time. It's hard for alot of people to go into these kind of places and the lady who works here makes it harder. She will stand by you and watch you the entire time. There is a sex store nextdoor. Trust me you will have a better time at sexy kitty.

Went into the Lethbridge love boutique to get a few things & id have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had at a adult Shop. The lady working was by my side the whole time checking if I was trying to steal stuff . I was the only one in the store in my work cloths . Will never go back as there’s a adult shop right beside the love boutique . I hope you see this d*** B****

From my experience the store is more focused on upselling than serving customers. What was recommended was not suitable for beginners and was falsely promoted as a best seller. Manager was very defensive and was able to name the item prior to even describing it. I’d recommend trying another store location.

The store is small but very clean. I had no issues with getting help with the store clerk. My first time there I will go back again.
