Bath Depot Windsor

Whatever we ordered there was some or the issue with the products. First thing started with the faucets. Defective piece was given so we had to reorder. Second thing shower parts we ordered few of the items were faulty and missing. How is that possible? When we ordered the vanity set they missed ordering the linen cupboard and when they ordered it it arrived after a month when our contractor had finished all the work and left. When the linen cupboard arrived the actual wood is crooked as if something was placed on it for too long. Back to square one have to order new again. So my question is what kind of products do you sell? There is no communication with the corporate office and store. So whenever we asked them to find out what is going on they couldn't give us any answers. We have had overall a very bad experience with Bath Depot. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This was our first time going to bath depot as we typically opt to visit big box stores. We do not regret choosing bath depot because the staff truly created the best customer experience. Joel was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuine with his recommendation. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. We purchased a new stand up shower and can’t wait to receive it. Highly recommend !

The staff at the Windsor, Ontario location are absolutely incredible. We had to make alot of changes and they handled everyone of them with no issues.Very small space and it looks incredible. So pleased with everything. Quality is excellent!!

This was really my first experience with Bath Depot. As a Contractor I can honestly say that it was a very satisfying experience. Amber was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I just saved myself $$$$ by going to the Bath Depot. I found a replacement shower door. I was minutes away from replacing the whole thing. The on-line and in-store experience were both excellent. I would recommend stopping by to check them out. I definitely will recommend the Bath Depot to others. I already have. I used a 36 Napoli Juno quarter round door. Installed it myself (mostly) in about 3.5 hours time."

I have been to the Bath Depot in Windsor several times and continue to recommend this location to clients and other contractors I know. Amber and her team do a great job with helping their clients find the right products and they believe in what they are selling. The Duplach shower base is the best product I have ever used when it comes to converting an old bathtub into a shower enclosure. Huge time and money saver!

I don’t write reviews too often. The experience has to be ridiculously good or incredibly poor. In this case FANTASTIC! Not only was the pricing at Bath Depot better than competitors but the service was great! I was helped by a couple of the staff and both were very professional. Joel worked with me to plan my entire bathroom and was a delight the whole time! He was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. As a manager of a retail store myself I can say Joel is the kind of employee that any store should be grateful to have! What a star!

Great store with lots to choose from, and Amber the sales lady I met with multiple times over the month or so it took to order everything I needed for our bathroom renovation was very helpful and patient. It was much easier to decide on things and order things with a clear mind with her help. Everything we'd bought from there is great quality, from the tub, to the toilet, to the shower faucets, to the mirrored medicine cabinet...great place to shop for a bathroom reno, they have 90% of what you need (had to just get our tiles from a local tile store). Thank you!

Joel, Amber and the rest of the staff were very professional and patient during our bathroom construction project. The Balea Shower system, all water fixtures toilet and vanity have exceeded our expectations. Sales and after the sale support has been excellent and their guidance for local installers provided peace of mind. Great choice for any bathroom needs!
