The doctors here are excellent. They are in tune with your needs after the first session and care about your recovery. It is a relaxing environment and the front staff are pleasant. You leave here feeling so refreshed. Note that after acupuncture you should take a few minutes to re-find yourself because you can be so disoriented in your relaxation.

Dr Thera is a kind, confidential, knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her bedside manner is professional and caring. Thera gives a thorough assessment and provides a broad range of applicable treatments and self care suggestions! I highly recommend BlueWhite Health for all ages and concerns. The administrative staff is efficient, pleasant and their location is great and easily accessible! Parking behind as well as in front of the building creates ease.What’s not to love?

A true blessing and health-gem in Kamloops, B.C.My first visit to Blue White Health was in the Fall of 2017. I tried everything to help recover from a bad neck injury and concussion until hearing of Thera and Mike's clinic from a friend.I am very open to trying new health approaches and my initial visit far exceeded my expectations! Thera allowed me to share, in a safe environment, all of the symptoms and matters that concerned me. I never felt rushed. It was such an incredible feeling to be heard and see how it all tied together once Thera listened to my story. I could tell that every question weaved into the big picture. I then received my first treatment after the consultation. Afterwards, I noticed immediate improvement of at least 40% just from one session. From there, each session helped bring me back to normal. I feel so happy that I finally found a health treatment to relieve the pain, stress, and constant aches I was experiencing daily. In my course of sessions and treatments, I received acupuncture, cupping, acupoint injection, and tui-na massage.Any ailments that arose subsequent to my neck treatment such as hip and back injuries from sports were healed and the pain taken away. Dr. Wu is simply fantastic at treating my lower back pain. Her expertise and skill has given me more relief than any other treatment. The environment is relaxing and comfortable and the staff is welcoming. If you haven't tried TCM I would highly recommend Blue White Health.

The doctors and receptionist are amazing! I have seen both doctors and after each treatment of massage, acupuncture, and cupping I always feel so good! I have also done the Dermapen treatment and my facial complexion has never been better. My blemishes and scarring are so minimal that I don’t wear much make up at all. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Professional, friendly office. I cannot say enough good things about my first treatment which consisted of Tui-na massage and acupuncture. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Very thorough. Was seeking help for ongoing lower back pain and am pleased to report an improvement after the first treatment. Looking forward to the next.

I can not say enough good things about the treatment that I have received here!! Prior to my first appointment at Blue White Health, I was in complete agony for over 2 months with severe pain (tennis elbow) which had a detrimental impact on my life and my ability to work. I tried rest, massage, anti inflammatories and various creams with zero relieve. The pain became so severe that I had minimal use of my hand. Picking up a glass off the counter set me into excruciating pain. Thankfully I was referred to Thera and Mike for the most life changing treatment!!! After two appts, my pain was decreased by 90% and I am back to full use of my arm and hand. I will continue to follow their recommended treatment plan so that I heal completely. Thera and Mike are lovely, knowledgeable, and extremely competent in their practice! I’m so incredibly grateful for their services!!!
