So i guess calling dairy queen's customer complaint line and saying that their employee proceeded to swear at customers, get orders wrong constantly, or any complaint about the business or staff. You are treated with disrespect and a complete disregard for customer service. You fill your business with in experienced workers that can't get something right when clearly stated by reviews you need alot of work in customer care and respect. Your employee verbally assaulted a customer and you told them maybe they go somewhere because they obviously didn't care about what their employee does or how their staff treats people go to the Crate if you want better service and to be treated like your order matters.

I stopped in right at opening to pick up a cake. They had many nice cakes to choose from. But I wanted something special for my son's 16th birthday. I was going to settle for something in the cooler because we are from out of town and and I wasn't sure we would be back before his birthday but Morgan graciously offered to whip a Riders cake up for me. I am usually organized and pre order well in advance but I really appreciate that they were able to make this cake on short notice!

Good when I went for a treat with a friend. Service was good.A few tables still needs to be cleaned, but it seemed a bit busy. There were definitely clean tables available.

Slow service. Ordering was easy, but took way too long to get food. Had 3 people standing and waiting at the bagging spot. Unorganized

Me and my fiance decided to have supper here on our way home. The kid who assisted us at the front is friendly. Other kids are doing their own thing, wearing their airpods and headset at work?! The other kid was flirting with the other customer at the front. The kitchen person was busy getting all the food done and all the kids was just standing around. Management should hire competent kids instead of these lazy teenagers. Kudos to the kitchen person who is struggling inside to get everything done. Kids should help out but not. I feel sorry for him dealing with these kids on his shift. He deserves a raise and acknowledgement. Too many kids but doing nothing. Its wasting your labour money. Management should discipline their staff properly.

I had a craving for ice cream, and the blizzard I decided on was great. Just the right amount of salt sweet and crunch in the reeses caramel pretzel blizzard. The mushroom cheese burger was good, too. Our server explained she had only recently been hired, but she did a great job, even going to help other clients navigate the entry door. Keep up the good work
