Gardelli Motors

Over the last 15 years, I have bought and sold 20 or so cars for my personal use. It's my one and only hobby. As such, I have dealt with countless private sellers, small dealerships, and large dealerships. For what its worth, here is my opinion of Paul (Owner) and Gardelli Motors in comparison to the other (likely deep in the 100's) dealers and salesmen I have dealt with in Canada and the US over the last 15yrs.Paul is without a doubt, the most honest and forthcoming owner and salesman I have met to date. On top of that, rather than being rushed into a sale and rushed out the door like I am used to at almost every single other dealership, I couldn't have felt more relaxed and less pressured. I want to say to anyone who may have less experience with the car buying process, or is just looking for a no-nonsense and honest dealership, I suggest that you go out of your way to deal with Paul and Gardelli Motors. If he doesn't have the car you want on his lot, have him find it for you. I wrote this only to help others avoid the mistakes I have made in choosing who to buy a car from (I have made them).Thanks again for the car Paul, I truly appreciate you going out of your way for me.Richard

My wife and I purchased a low mileage 2010 Toyota Tacoma from Paul and Maria last month (June 2021). We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase, the price, and our overall experience with Gardelli Motors. We were not pressured at all. Our questions were answered honestly, promptly, and completely. Paul is very knowledgeable and knows his vehicles. He strikes me more as a car buff more than a used car saleseman with hand picked vehicles on the lot. He was a reasonable and fair negotiator. We feel we got a great truck at a great price. Service was excellent. Being cautious folk, we took the vehicle to the local Toyota dealer for inspection. They reported; PERFORMED INSPECTION.... INSPECTION OF FRAME CHECKED OUT

What started off as appearing a good deal from an honest vendor, went quickly off the rails. A new battery, a new alternator, a brake light that wasn't fixable just by replacing the bulb (needed soldering, sanding, and cleaning the pcb), tire pressures way out of whack (seriously high), empty fuel tank on delivery (had to fill the tank for $96 in the first 5km after purchase, U/S seat relay (seats unmovable, relay had to be replaced), only two screws per licence plate provided (that's all that came with the car").It was on a CAA flatbed truck within two weeks of purchase ("I saw it pass me on the truck" - and no thought to contact the person to whom the car had been sold?).There's buying a car "as is"

Paul instead of doing a review right away i thought I'd wait a few months so i can give a proper review. I bought a 2010 Tacoma from Paul in February and i absolutely love it! Truck is in excellent shape and has performed very well. Upon meeting Paul i knew right away that he was not your typical fast talking, bs'n salesman, he's an honest man. Great vehicle, great guy, great experience. Would 100% recommend buying a vehicle from Gardelli Motors to anyone! Hope you're doing well Paul and thanks again!

It has been a while since any one in our family had purchased a used car so it was with a bit of trepidation that we contacted Paul Gardi at Gardelli Motors about a 2008 Audi TT that he had advertised on Auto Trader. The ad included a detailed overview and lots of pictures that beautifully showcased the car, but, it was not until we actually visited his website that we thought this was someone we could even consider buying a car from. And Paul delivered 10 out of 10. He clearly understands ‘lifetime value’ - that a customer goes beyond a single sale. He confidently managed the purchase process, never pushing for closure and, ended up giving us extra value when the car went through the certification process. In his words it may have cost me a little more but I want to give you a car that you will be happy with for a long time.’ And now, as happy used car owners, we are here to say you cannot ask for anything more. We can recommend Paul and Gardelli Motors, without hesitation.

Above & beyond customer service. Paul has in depth knowledge and passion for what he does and it shows in his work. I drove quite a distance from my home to London but it was worth it. The car is good/ maintained, paper work was hassle free, price was apt and communication was transparent. I would recommend any one to buy his cars and trust his services without a doubt!

One of the best, if not the best place to buy a used car. I bought my Hyundai Elantra from Paul Gardi and the man was absolute gem. He made sure the car was working properly, that all brakes, wheels, axles and parts were in perfect condition and was exceptionally nice when buying. Anyone who negatively reviews this dealership just doesn’t understand human courtesy, this is the place to go. Will be back for my next car!

I purchased a 2006 Tacoma from Paul in October 2020.As many others have mentioned I could not be any happier with Paul. Paul was honest, forthcoming, and very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had on the lot as well as others I mentioned I would be interested in.I have only had to complete some minor maintenance items to the truck which is to be expected for a vehicle this age.Will happily go back for my next purchase or upgrade in the coming years.Thanks again Paul.

I had been looking for an E36 or E46 330 at a certain price point for a while. When this Black on Black 330Ci appeared on Auto Trader I was very interested. When I looked further into their web site I got an impression of a company that is run by an enthusiast, there was a very thorough and quality presentation of the inventory. Some vehicles were quite exotic to me it felt like the owner, Paul took care with the type vehicles he purchased for resale.As it turns out he does and he enjoys driving these cars which to me is a great sign. I’ll just say it now that Paul is a gentleman and was a pleasure to deal with.Regarding the 2005 E46 330Ci; well it was low km for these vehicles and from the photos looked great. When I met Paul he pointed out the cosmetic flaws that he was aware of and I felt like I was dealing with an honest man!I made the deal and took the car to my favourite mechanic 3 days later ”Chuck’s Auto Incorporated” aka “Chuck’s BMW”. Well I was prepared and had come to some conclusion on what may be needed. Chuck found a few more things. This was all expected when buying 15 year old car that I came to believe was neglected later in its ownership. The car was certified but you know it need some work. So after required maintenance well the high quality of this car is evident and it is a joy to drive!I love this car and highly recommend Gardelli motors.Marc Wentzel
