Great price and friendly staff. The Skechers store wouldn't let me in because I didn't have a mask. The Shoe Company had Skechers at 70 percent off! Way to go guys! Thanks!

They had a reasonable selection of different styles and brands of shoes for all ages. Top brands like Nike, adidas, vans, sketches and many more. They have shoes for casual, running, althetic, fashion and hiking etc. They have lots of purses and bags fir adults and kids.

I bought $200 boots and within 2 months the zipper broke after only wearing maybe 4 times. I took back to return and they had been boughten 61 days ago so the store would not exchange as their policy is 60 days. We have spent a lot of money as a familyOf 5 at this store. We will not shop here again. I’m sure they don’t care as they are a big company bit customer service is terrible. I can see if it was a long time after purchase but I was only 1 day past the refund policy.

There is a pretty good selection of shoes, both on the floor and in the clearance. They carry some popular brands, but the prices are relatively expensive.They usually don’t have sales over 30% off, but every once and a while they have some decent sales.However, every time I’ve come into this location no one says a word to me, or even looks in my direction.I don’t like to be bombarded by employees, but a simple “hello” to acknowledgement a customer’s existence is basic customer service.Especially when you only have 4-5 customers in the store.

Decent selection clean and organized unlike some I've visited. The staff did not help nor did they greet when we walked in. We were there looking for shoes my family and I not 1 of the 3 of us was not greated nor helped. If i don't get a good vibe from customer service or at least a hello I'll leave and take business elsewhere.

Bought a pair of shoes and the sole started peeling up after two days. Tried to return them and all I could get was a store credit because I could have just glued it". So don't bother buying shoes here because they don't care if their products are defective

Decent selection, some of the shoes seemed overpriced, but you get the second pair cheaper, so maybe it works out. Didn't purchase. Kids selection of shoes was great, however were limited size selections. Will likley shop here again!

Never had a problem with them except today. The lady helping me was great. Unfortunately had to return some shoes that didnt fit and I wasnt given a confirmation email. The lady helping was trying to be very helpful but her associate was not even helping me out with my problem she just said no confirmation no return. I understand policy is verifying confirmation email with the piece of paper that comes with the package but it's not my fault I didnt get one. The assistant manager did authorize to refund my money and I greatly appreciated it as I clearly could not wear them and they would just get thrown out.

Same shoe is 25% less at Cabela's. Wouldn't price match or offer less than regular price. I don't shop here to get gouged.

I wasn't here, but hot damn do they got some wild stuff here. Mostly shoes from what Google tells me, but there might be a dragon or mermaid or even a unicorn for all I know! Again I wasn't here. The best part about this place is that they have shoes, and mmmk let's face it... Unless your Tarzan you wear shoes.
