From my experience I can relate to every single one of the one star reviews. Nothing good to say about this company!!! Even after looking at their 5 star reviews they all seem fake every 5 star review is putting a competitor down and there are people with 3 or 4 reviews and 75% of that person's reviews are reviews on other stanly locations.

Nothing but issues from the start, have been arguing since October with the company when my installation was never completed and they also broke my doorbell so it doesn't work at all. Horrible service from day 1, do not reccomend at all.

Absolutely terrible customer service, if you can even get a hold of them. The security system barely works and if we want to try and get it fixed it’s a minimum 45 minute hold time to speak to someone, and then nothing gets resolved anyway.

Next to impossible to get ahold of someone. Got ripped off by one sales person but that was fixed which was great, however I moved and wasn't able to get my sensors with me and apparently can't get any new ones installed, so I'm stuck paying the monthly bill for 0 security while my truck, yard gets broken into, unless I want to pay 1,000$ upfront for a whole completely different system.
