Lauren Toews Massage Therapy
I've had two sessions so far with Lauren and have had great experiences so far. She makes sure to ask about your specific needs, and always has such a gentle but friendly demeanor. I was having an issue with muscles in my right foot for the last 7 or so months, and in one session she cut the pain in half so I can walk normally again! She's also very realistic when explaining what she sees and how much she can help, or what kind of timelines to expect. And the heated table she uses is a huge plus, too, as is the music she plays. Looking forward to my next session!

Lovely! Very friendly, knowledgeable. Always love a heated massage table. Another perk was being able to direct bill my insurance (chambers). Nice range/variety of massage techniques. Was also willing to work on TMJ, scalp, and tight forehead/eyebrow muscles, I find that hard to come by.

I highly recommend going to see Lauren for all your massage therapy needs, as she delivers excellent treatment and is very professional, making you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She also plays awesome music and knows exactly when you want to chat or simply relax! Great hours and appointment times!

Lauren was great. She asked good questions based on the information I gave her. She provided a great massage by adjusting pressure based on what she found and my feedback. It was very apparent that she cares about her clients. Did I mention that I was from out of town and she knew I would not be a regular client? Thanks again Lauren.

Lauren Toews Massage Therapy
Lauren has been my massage therapist since taking over the practice earlier this year. She is a wonderful provider who offers a variety of different massage techniques. As a distance runner / weight lifter with a chronic knee and back injury, Lauren has provided deep tissue and sports massage to aid in my recovery on a weekly basis. She is excellent at what she does and I have recommended her to many friends who have now become weekly clients. My only advice is to book early and in advance as her time slots often fill up quickly. Thanks for the great care Lauren! See you soon!

Lauren Toews Massage Therapy
Lauren is so friendly and is great at adjusting to your specific needs. I have a lot of pain in my upper neck and back and I always leave feeling so relaxed. She does a great job of making me feel extremely comfortable there with the heated table, calming music as well as her caring and kind personality. She's great to go to whether you're looking to accidentally fall asleep part way through like I have or if you want to talk about life!

Lauren Toews Massage Therapy
I went to Lauren after receiving a recommendation from a friend. She was very professional and I never felt uncomfortable (Being half naked with someone I don't know isn't an everyday thing for me). And for someone who has very sensitive skin/muscles like myself, she listened to my pressure preference and did a great job of not hurting me! I'll be back for sure.
