The customer service and the response for issues were greatly resolved. First of all a sales person that closed the deal : Denis from Seton was professional and patient. He was very knowledgeable to suggested us as a first time building home , correct suggestions.

I highly recommend this builder. Everything with our new home went VERY VERY smothly and most importantly ON TIME. Starting from the sales team to the end. Ryan has been such a great help during this process. Since the beginning he has been very patient and covered all our needs so we could be happy. Same with Larissa, Jason. Thank you all. We are really happy with our new home

Lots of issues and very poor workmanship.Would not recommend at all!At six months old, our garage floor already has bumps and cracks everywhere.

Was not pleased with the sales representative at Seton. He was not responsive to emails. I was hoping to buy a home from Cedarglen but decided not to, due to the lack of attention given to customers.
