Great shop with great people providing a great experience. Tom took the time to do a detailed bike fit while sharing lots of information. The staff was helpful and went beyond to ensure I understood key details not only pertaining to the bike but also accessories. Too bad this shop is so far from where I live but I highly recommend visiting them for all your bike needs!

Walked in to check out a specialized bike that had went on sale on the specialized website. The girl that was helping we was a sweat heart and super helpful. They didn't have the bike In my size but went down to grab a different size bike that I could check out and ride. As she came up to the top of the stairs I watched her check with the manager about the sale tag that was on that bike and the manager told her not to show me the tag and took it off and placed it upside down on the counter. She came over to me and let me test drive it after that. Again she was very helpful. When we went back to the counter to see if they could find the right size I asked about the price and she pulled the full price up on her computer. I then asked if they price match specialized bikes website prices, she was happy to honor the online price. I was curious and asked if they were going to have any other sales on other bikes for Memorial Day and the manager abruptly chimed in and told me that that is the Memorial Day sale price.I don't usually write bad reviews but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I hope someone can see this before they go trusting the word of this bike shop. Always price check before you buy!

Tom’s packed up my bike for air travel across country. Even with TSA opening the box for inspection, the bike arrived in mint condition. They remain my favorite bike shop of all time.

Excellent bike shop. Has a huge selection of bikes especially for the pandemic. I walked in never riding a road bike before. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I tried a total of 3 bikes. Roubaix that was built and there. A aethos that they brought in from orchard park, and a Super six evo that had to be built. They walked me through the features of each bike. I really appreciate how patient they were with me making a decision they really do want to put you in a bike that you’ll love and fits. Ultimately the Cannondale felt the best and was the best bang for the buck.

I purchased my bike last September from Tom's and recently upgraded to Speedplay pedals. Their service is excellent and they took the time to make recommendations that suited my needs. I highly recommend Tom's.
