Had coffee and wraps for breakfast. It was a long line inside the store and we were a party of 8 people. We were all served within 15 mins, the taste was good and no complaints.

Was offered food that was thereordered and sat at window watching the deli screen some orders came in from front counter they got served first and we got nothing last time going there it's a waste of time,when you wait for 10 min and don't even get what you want

Hi all thanks for taking the time to make a review, I'm currently the morning baker here at this location and also storefront employee. I like to help out my fellow coworkers when needed. As this year's pandemic with everything on the go we were running on short staff at times. I do apologize for any inconvenience that you have or may encounter this year at our location. With all the reviews and pass reviews we can do better and serve you better in the next upcoming season of 2021, I hope that you all have a safe and happy winter looking forward in seeing you all with better and faster, friendly service. Breakfast sandwiches are comparable to McDonalds and service was fast and got our order right. Skip the crazy long drive thru line and head inside. Got in and out before 3 cars went through instead of waiting behind the 15 car line up.

It is a small one but they are doing their best. I did an in store order and a drive through order. They did good during both the times.

The wait time is to long was there for breakfast & took to long after i paid for it, like 20 mins, so i cancelled it & nobody there knew how to cancel it & give $$$ back just the girl cooking breakfast. I ve been to all the Tims on the Island & this is by Far the Worst. I heard so many complaints about this Tims in?the time i waited.Nobody there knows what they are doing!! They need better training & more whites working

its very slow and the workers cant follow basic health practices, there was a girl making abunch of strawberry chills, in an attempt to grab a drink (instead of taking a step) she grabbed the drink and put her finger IN THE DRINK and then blended it and served it to the customer in the drive through, and the one makking my ice cap didnt use the sanitizer for the mixer befor blending my ice capp, 1 thats gross 2 what if i was allergic to what was made in the pink drinks. they need to stop cutting corners to save time, there going to kill someone. that and the wait was horrible

Service was terrible. No bacon for the new and improved turkey BLT. Green tomatoes, wrong drinks and asked for no sugar Timbits but got them and was told it was pumpkin spice. No it was not.
