It's been the best experience in the entire ordeal to give his company the car for repairs. Platinum Auto not only kept us continuously updated with all progress professionally but treated us with complete excellence and genuine care. I've had some terrible experiences with repair shops and been overcharged when no work was actually done. Platinum Auto’s transparent honesty is immensely not just refreshing but sincerely appreciated in this dog eat dog environment. George and his amazingly friendly staff went above and beyond with this astounding job of car repairs and working around the clock especially when everything is always on back order in this pandemic. They made it possible despite all odds to put in A class Mazda parts. They accommodated even dropping the car at the house since I was unable to drive or pick up. The car looks absolutely brand new and the shampoo detailing they did was so great as I felt as if being in a new car and never for a second had any triggering flashbacks to the accident. Thank you so much for everything and being so patient with all my queries. These guys are the best I have experienced in my time of 12 yrs in GTA. They stand bytheir exuberant work and ethics. I want to take the time to write a review on my experience I have had at this shop. I wish I could have been able to give them a 10 star. George the owner of this place, was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He took care of all the paper work with my insurance company. As well he made sure all my parts were genuine Mazda parts. He even went as far as to call my insurance company to tell them that the whole front of my car should be painted to make sure it will look even as the red that Mazda has is very hard to match. All I can say I am SUPPER HAPPY with the quality and workman ship that George and his team do. he takes pride in the work he delivers to his clients. My car looks better then it did before the accident in and out. As he even went the extra mile and a professional detailing of the entire car from buffing to shampooing the inside of my car.
