If I could give them 0 I would. I have asked them several times not to contact my PERSONAL account and yet I get emails from them constantly. I would never do business with this company!

A truly outstanding local company. The Xoro team helped us set up our ERP and they have provided excellent customer service and helped us save thousands of dollars. The interface is intuitive and their support team is great!

once they get a hold of your email - they never stop spamming!!! try calling that business, no one ever answers and their chat bot also does not respond! I am truly annoyed receiving this annoying email on a monthly basis despite asking never to receive them again! Can you only imagine their service?

My warehouse got Xorosoft LMS recently. The implementation went fast. Their team was super helpful and the system is easy to use. Data reports are and KPI measurements have been really helpful. Game changer for measuring department, team, and individual performances. Best LMS I have ever used!

Best accounting & ERP I've used. For the first time I truly feel like my business software is helping and empowering me and my business every day, not making life more difficult. It would be so hard to go back to others (I've used Quickbooks, Sage, & SAP, demo'ed NetSuite) - Xoro makes them feel like Windows 98. Customer service is phenomenal - easy to get hold of a knowledgeable human for everything from small silly questions to new feature requests (that they actually listen to and implement!). Shopify integration is huge. Great $$ value for what it is too. Very satisfied, will definitely use again for any future ventures and would wholeheartedly recommend to any small to medium business manufacturing or selling products.

They are an amazing company. Fully supportive, communication, and they have one of the best ERP systems I have had the pleasure of working with.Their product and service in my opinion surpasses any Microsoft ERP.Xorosoft is so easy to used and learn. We chose this ERP as it was very dynamic and flexible and that it could do everything we need it to do and more. They are constantly improving their system, and it just gets better and better. The ability to integrate with Shopify, Stripe, Ship station and many others almost makes it like a limitless ERP to connect to other applications. Having the ERP in the cloud saves us a lot of IT costs as well as we can work anywhere there is an internet connection. This is extremely helpful given the current Pandemic. Their build in ticket system is something I have never experienced before in a ERP system. This feature stands out from the rest.

A program that is intuitive and easy to learn, tons of different modules to meet any need, and a helpful and knowledgeable support team make this an easy recommendation for any business looking for an all in one ERP solution.

We were mixing quickbooks, excel, multiple shopify sites and a 3PL, it was a nightmare as we started to have significant growth. It can be a scary process looking into software solutions for a small company. Huge minimums, heavy on-boarding fees and monthly rates. Most seem to be priced for the fortune 500 brands, not a small distribution business. Xorosoft was great to be able to work with our small company budget.I was very impressed with the easy on-boarding process, our team was able to get up and running very quickly. Xorosoft is incredible software. We used Xoro to connect to our 3PL provider, multiple eCom Shopify connected stores, B2B, invoice payment processing, and full accounting including an amazing Rep commission module. The Xoro dashboard was is so easy to use for amazing real time performance optics. Xorosoft streamlined our operations so much that we were able to re-allocate a full position.I can't say enough about our experience with Xorosoft!Lance Edwards
