Northern Store

I appreciate that they've got markets up here in moose country but they should at least start stockin some Mountain Dew for us Amerkanns

It's the best store out there! Literally.

It's our home grocery store. Managers are good at trying to provide the requests made. I'd love if they upgraded the building. Just wish now they upped their salaries so people would want to work there.

Surprisingly good prices

This is the only Store in the whole community, there are many fruits and vegetables that need to be stocked, like parsley, mint leaves, rosemary etc... we need fruits like peaches/nectarines and plums. Also, for cold cuts like ham, we need turkey breast and chicken breast, there are only pork and beef products, and not many of us prefer pork over chicken. Prices are OVERLY HIGH on ALL products, I understand that it is a remote community, but it is not an excuse to mark up the prices 300%!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially in a very poor community, and the products are alllllll expired!!!! The government of Canada should pay close attention to this community along with other First Nations communities when a 24 case of water is at 100$$ plus tax!!
