We sought after a realtor to help with the sale of my mothers home. My mom has been in this home for over 57 years. This was a massive decision. Bill was incredibly patient, informative and caring. Right from the start we knew we hired the right person. The amount of work was done prior to that of the listing going live. Between the staging and pictures and understanding the market, Bill and his team had a plan that worked. Listed on a Friday and was sold on Sunday for more than list in an environment that definitely has been challenging. Would highly recommend him and his team.

I’d give a zero if I could. Fake show of professionalism and lack of care came to light while trying to do business with Bill. Everyone on his teams is full of smiles and put on act as if they care but they don’t. Be careful if you decide to sell or purchase a house. And yes Bill we met! A few times. Let me start this review with the ending - Bill Parnaby is the best realtor we have ever worked with, I would recommend him and his team wholeheartedly to anyone I know!My wife and I have purchased numerous homes over the years and because we have relocated to several different areas we have had occasion to work with about 6 different realtors, with good experiences in all of our dealings. Bill and his team have provided an experience that has been exceptional and the very best we've ever had.We worked with Bill as we were searching for a home in the Caledon area, his knowledge of the local communities was immediately evident. Bill gave great counsel on what areas would likely fit for us and drawbacks in some areas that we may not have identified.We started searching for our home as the market was descending from the Covid peak, we were anxious to make a move but also wanted to be patient and buy at the right price given the circumstance. This also meant that Bill had to be patient with us as we navigated the changing market, he was never anything but supportive and kind. We never for a moment felt any undue pressure to make a move or frustration from Bill as we bombarded him with listings we were interested in.Bill not only gets the 'big stuff' right, he is an expert at all of the 'small stuff'. I expect you will immediately notice that Bill is a master at interacting with people; he will immediately work to connect with you and make you feel at ease. Bill met our two boys at one point and instantly connected with them as well, I don't think there was ever a time he didn't first ask how the whole family was doing before we got to business at hand. We always looked forward to meeting with Bill, he is friendly, kind, and well prepared. Integrity is of absolute importance to him, I really trust him and don't think he would do anything to mislead us.Something my wife noted in particular that I wanted to point out was that Bill treated her and I as equals in all of our interactions. Her thoughts, opinions, and questions were addressed the same way as any of mine, as they should be. She never felt slighted or treated as a secondary decision maker.The home we eventually purchased was put forward to us by Bill and it demonstrated his understanding of what we were looking for.We also met and interacted with other folks on Bill's team, all of them took the same friendly approach that Bill models the way on.Should I every find myself buying or selling a home again, there is no question where my first call will be.
