This Cemetary is awful the drainage is awful my dads under a foot of water couldnt even visit his grave on Easter couldn’t get near itIt was like a pool.

Had paid for a grave marker that included a marble base. After resolving some concerns regarding the initial order, Dana was very helpful in having the base installed.

Me and my wife give money to cemetery 10yrs ago and we bought two lots which we have the deed to the lady in the office told me we don't and the money we give Mike was not but on record plus other money is missing that's why she there the State of New York must come in and run the cemetery before it to late to see my story look under Lewiston couple gave to a non profit cemetery .Please look around and look at died trees marker under ground water not draining something got to get done . Are Love One Need Are Help !!

Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery
A family member passed away 12 years ago and they still have yet to put her death date on her headstone, even after multiple calls. Many of the graves are not legible due to overgrowth of grass and fallen leaves. Many other stones are not flat and you can only see a corner sticking out of the ground. This is a very sad way to see how loved ones are treated as they pass on.

Paid4 a headstone june 2017, can't ever reach anyone at this place, rotten customer service.won't answer their phone, May 16, 2017 now, still no headstone on grave. Huge runaround, headache! Wounldn't this cemetery again!

There is no drainage system there, my mom is under a foot of water and ice. Maintenance can't keep up with the grass I cleaned off and found a bunch of headstones buried
