Melissa exceeded any and all expectations! She made an effort to be early and orient to the grounds, was ever so flexible during rain contingency plans, and adapted to each crazy scenario. Melissa has such a keen eye for detail and getting the shots right with quick decisions and choices in interest of time. Always good with everyone in the wedding party even in chaos and getting people together and keeping the hype going with a super positive attitude. Melissa became backup runner for certain things and stepped up in a big way with each backdrop. Melissa has such a great vision for photos but also really takes your ideas/desires seriously, and we couldn't have been happier. An amazing professional. Would recommend to anyone 10 times over!

I highly recommend Melissa's photography to any one looking for beautiful natural light photos with some one fun and easy to work with. Melissa was our wedding photographer and we had the pleasure of getting to know her before the big day for engagement photos. She was very accommodating as we were waiting for the cherry blossom trees to be in bloom for our photos. On our wedding day she captured every element of our day and more. Melissa is absolutely wonderful! Her personality, skill and love for what she does shows through her photos and the experience she provides every time! Melissa has now photographed my grade 8 graduation photos with my horse, my moms wedding and now my wedding and I can simply say- we have been left speechless after every single session in the best ways. Melissa is extremely organized and makes communication easy (especially in the planning stage). She has everything prepared and ready ahead of time before the event which allows everyone to just have fun and enjoy the experience while she takes care of the rest. Melissa was absolutely amazing as our wedding photographer! She fit right in with our families and wedding party, everyone loved her. We don’t like getting our photos taken and can be awkward but she made us feel comfortable and made it fun. We love that she gives a lot of direction and is quick to point out any adjustments needed. Our photos are STUNNING and she was so quick editing and sending the sneak peek. She helped us schedule the day and always had great advice when I asked for her input on different shots and timing. We hired Melissa to be our photographer for our wedding in February, 2020. I have nothing but positive things to say and am so happy we decided to go with her for this very important day. Multiple friends of mine have used her in the past and she came highly recommended.She was amazing to work with before, during and after. Melissa was professional, she took time to get to know my husband and I. She met with us before and listened to our ideas and likes/dislikes and worked with us to come up with a list of photos we would like and a schedule for how the day would go.On the day of the wedding Melissa was on time, organized and kept us all on track to get through all of the pictures! Everyone involved in the wedding (family, friends, bridal party) all mentioned multiple times how she made you feel comfortable and confident in front of the lens! She was super down to earth, patient and organized. we were lucky enough to get a snowfall during the reception and Melissa had no problem changing our original plan and go outside with us to capture the night.After the wedding, we received our Sneak Peak within a week of our wedding and our pictures in a very timely manner. They are stunning! I am so pleased with how they turned out. Melissa was our photographer for our engagement photos and wedding day and they are stunning!! Her photos are so light, detailed, and candid. She was very easy and fun to work with.
