Terrible customer experience. Not only was my order messed up, twice. Lady had a condescending tone. Won’t be coming back. Better locations with nicer service exist. Drink was good though

The last few times I have come around, tho google says they don’t close till 7pm, both times around 6pm and they’ve been closed. How am I suppose to use the coupons they gave me for their location ONLY if they aren’t adhering to their own business hours. I’m going to try one more time today since these coupons expire Dec 31 and I won’t be back up on that area till next year.I understand life happens, emergencies happen but closing at 6pm, repeatedly, without notifying your community is bad for business.

3rd time I have been to this location. The protein smoothie has a sour taste and no other flavour. Other locations are great. Went back to complain. They could not give back my money or a gift card. Will not come to this location again.

Usually love this location . But they poorly train their employees and then leave them to work by themselves . Little to no customer service with new employees and no regard for how drinks should be made . I hate playing the guessing game, hoping I get someone that knows what they are doing. Honestly just train them better , it’s not their fault for whatever lack of administration oversight is thrown out the window.

There are several other Jugo Juice locations that are closer to my house but I always drive to this one. All of the food is fresh. The juices are refreshing and the quality is consistently high. The staff at this location is also so friendly and generous. An added bonus is that it is located in Crowfoot Crossing so you can park right outside the store and just walk in to place your order. Very convenient if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend this location for healthy and delicious meal options.
