Balance + Tranquility
My partner and I spent the day here for my birthday. It was such a great experience. Deanne's massage was amazing, then we did an infrared sauna, float tanks and salt cave. In between services there was enough time to chill out in the lounge, nothing felt rushed. I will definitely be back. Thanks to Bobby for helping my boyfriend coordinate this peaceful day for me. Remember to bring a hairbrush :)

I had a wonderful, relaxing and restorative Mother's Day here.I opted for hot stone massage, Indian head massage, and float.My only recommendation is that you float first if you are getting the head massage. Otherwise you have to wash all the oils out of your hair beforehand.Without any services I still recommend checking out their shop - has tons of stuff for crunchy" womenI will be back!!!"

The half-day self-care package was absolute bliss (a one hour float, 45 minutes in the IR sauna, and one hour in the salt cave). Hours later, I’m still feeling so relaxed and at peace—serene. The staff is personable yet professional. This was my first time, but certainly won’t be my last.

This was my absolute first time using any of these therapy rooms. By far the best was the salt cave.Thank you for making sure my first was one to remember, I will definitely be back...Michael, you were AWESOME ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From start to finish the staff at Balance & Tranquility had me covered. It was a serene, and Zen feeling the moment I stepped in to the space. Salt cave, sauna and float took me somewhere far, far away into a blissful state that lasted for the rest of the day…..with no aches and pains for the rest of the day. It was fabulous thank you thank you thank you to Michel and Ashley!

My family and myself had a great relaxing experience for our moms birthday. We had a package for 1h salt cave, 45min sauna and 1hour salt bath float. I can speak for my family that the experience is just what you need for taking some much needed time for yourself to reset. The staff were warm, friendly, positive and helpful for understanding and guiding throughout the spa day. Would very much recommend to anyone as they have a number of other spa treatments outside this amazing package.Thank you for our day

Very amazing experience overall. First time to this location and would definitely recommend. Received a massage from Deana, and she was wonderful. She took the time to work on all my problem areas, and she even went over time to introduce me to reiki healing as I was curious about the practice. She created a very relaxing and healing environment, and was very easy to connect with. She definitely has a passion for what she does and it shows in her work. My back left there feeling unproblematic. Thank you Deana!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a spa. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The whole spa was extremely clean and smelled amazing. I cannot stress spending time in the salt room after a float. It’s the perfect way to decompress…and more than anything Sylvia is amazing! Haven’t felt this good in a very long time. Excited to go back!

Beautiful place, inviting from the moment you step in friendly and clean , where you can experience amazing times . So many options, that the package is the best way to try them all. I did and I loved each one, and if I got to chose one as my favorite it would be the float. One will never know, if not give a try. Great place ! Very much recommended. Mila V.
