Once again, these seasonal pop-up stores are open to sell you all things Halloween. This time they are next door to the Southpoint Mall's Canadian Tire. Due to the effect of the pandemic shutdown, supply chain issues are felt with sparse supply of items; particularly their renowned animatronic displays. Be mindful of the return policy as this is a seasonal store

The prices are astronomical for most items, just wow.. but deft worth walking around during the spooky season checking out all the stuff.. but ive never bought anything that was over 10 bucks...

Overpriced for what you can order online now imo

Omg best place to get into the Halloween vibe. They pretty much have everything & anything you need or want. Ps. Bring a thick wallet & be aware or their return policy as it’s a seasonal store. !! Dog friendly too !!

Refused to give me a refund on my product that was falling apart the day I bought it, was completely rude and unprofessional and I had to come in repeatedly and call their head office to get my refund.

The manager/owner is super rude. He needs a lesson in customer service. The rest of the staff are friendly but he’s got a bad attitude. We’ve had multiple incidents with him and so have others. He needs to get a new job if he hates it so much. Let the other staff run the show.

Went back with son to return item. Employee more than happy to help, then owner stepped in. Instead of giving refund he resorted to personal insults. I get that opening a store like this during covd must be stressful (as he must know he will be sitting on shipping containers of unsold goods nov1st) but that is no reason to be unprofessional. When your teenage staff are the most professional people in the store that's just sad.And for the inevitable owner responds: you were a karen..." i recorded the whole thing on my phone.And the only positive review of this place is from a guy who only reviewed spirit halloween stores in the area (and no other places and left all reviews the same day) and gave em all 5 stars! If i was less trusting i'd assume thats a friend of the owner..."

The store itself is really nice, but the lady that served me at the till was brutal. She was very mean to me, and should not be working in customer service :(
