Ms. Isabella Chau is a beautiful, smart, diligent and professional Optometrist. Have been going to her for years to ensure my eyes are in top shape! Please pay her a visit and you won't regret it!

New customer and I was impressed by the amazingly great staff on both the Optometrist side and business side who patiently helped me get used to wearing contacts and offered very useful advice. I visited Dr. Krystal who answered all my questions in detail and at length for extra information. I appreciate her patience and ease in engaging with patients.Each of the staff have wonderful personalities which makes for a great experience.The only complaint I would have is sometimes it is hard to reach them by phone, and I dropped by on a Thursday before 7pm (6:45pm), but they were already closed. I checked the hours on display and they were supposed to be open at that time. I even specifically made a trip to visit.Other than that their service is good.

Dr. Isabella Chau was incredibly thorough during the eye examination. She was extremely patient with all of my questions and left none unanswered. Her meticulous attention to detail and caring approach made me confident in her assessment. If you are looking for a quality optometrist who truly cares for their patients, Dr. Chau comes highly recommended.

I had an appointment today. I was extremely pleased with my visit and experience. The receptionist is very kind, friendly and articulate.I saw Dr.Zhou, she was very attentive and listened to all my concerns. She was very thorough and concise during the exam. Explained everything clearly and it felt like she really cared.I’ve had to see many optometrists over the last 10 years. This was by far the best clinic yet.Clean office, profession, knowledgeable and friendly staff.Wonderful!This will be my go to place for my annual check ups.Thank you Dr.Zhou!

I had an amazing experience here at Bamburgh Eye Care. Firstly - great location! Got my groceries, my lunch, AND eyes checked at the same plaza! Inside the clinic, everything was clean and I felt that infection control was a top priority for them; I wasn’t worried about COVID-related safety precautions at all! The front desk staff was professional and polite as they greeted me when I entered. Dr. Isabella Chau was an absolute pleasure to meet as well; she was punctual and professional, but still super friendly at the same time! It was clear that she was very knowledgeable and she took her time to explain everything I needed to know about my condition... even though I probably asked too many questions (Thanks for being patient with me, Dr. Chau!). For anyone that was wondering, Dr. Chau is able to perform assessments in English and Cantonese. She helped my mother and my aunt even though they barely speak any English at all. Would definitely recommend Dr. Chau for any of your eye care needs!

My wife and I visited Bamburgh Eye Care for the first time last week. It was a great experience. Dr Chan was attentive, answered all our questions, and made our visit very comfortable.We, subsequently, went next door to Fashion Optical to have our prescription filled. Again, the service was great. Danny and his wife treated us as if we were lifelong friends. Thanks to all. We will definitely be back.

Dr. Krystal Chan is professional and friendly, and I am glad to have found an optometrist that doesn't try to push you to buy glasses after every exam.A few months ago, I went in for a comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Chan and she examined my eyes with an appropriate amount of tests. She explained the health of my eyes and took the time to discuss cataracts and glaucoma. She was detailed in her examination and I didn't feel rushed at all. She concluded that I didn't need to change my glasses even when the prescription has changed slightly because it wouldn't give me any benefit and I wouldn't see any differently. It is rare to hear that kind of honesty and I applaud that.A few days ago, I brought my 6 years old daughter to have her eyes examined by Dr. Chan. Again, she was very friendly with my daughter and her actions made my daughter less nervous. She explained why my daughter does not need glasses yet due to her very minor farsightedness and how that will change into nearsightedness in the future. She predicted that she hopefully wouldn't need glasses until she is around 10 years old or so. Thank you for being truthful. It was the complete opposite of my daughter's previous optometrist whom had tried to prescribe a -0.25/-0.25 glasses when she had no problem seeing at 4 years old.Regardless of old or young patients, Dr. Krystal Chan displays the same professionalism and friendliness. I am sure to bring the rest of my family to see Dr. Krystal Chan and recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and honest optometrist. And when we do need glasses, we can always go to the attached optical store next door. Keep up the great work Dr. Chan!
