It has been about 20 years or more since I last played darts. The person there today was very helpful and knowledgeable for our new darts purchase. He took the time to explain different things and to help figure out weight, barrel size, grip feel, etc. We were able to actually try to darts to help get a feel for what we wanted and needed. Pricing is very reasonable. I will be back for future purchases!

Drove from Red Deer after seeing web page to visit the store. As a dart enthusiast, bought a new dart board, backing board and dart mat, and could not have had better service! The manager was friendly, very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Well worth the drive and would highly recommend to all. Thanks again, we'll be back!!Jason and Kelly

Bought a $300 cue and didn’t roll it on the table there to check if it was warped. $300 for a New never used cue that said “warp resistant” right on it, I didn’t think of it. Get it home and play 4 games with it. Roll it on my table and yep, it’s warped. At the time of purchase NOT once was it mentioned that there are NO returns or warranties on cues. It’s tough luck for me and better luck next time. They have a lot of cool stuff (pricey compared to other stores) but I was looking forward to going back because the guy who originally helped us was great, or so I thought. It would have been nice of him to let us know about their cue policy doing our long chat while in the store.They did give me a number of their supplier to call and try and get some kind of warranty on a new cue, but I didn’t but it from their supplier. Because of this bad customer service and the total lack of them standing behind the products they sell, I won’t be going back. Better off to go to a store that stands behind the products they sell and if you have a problem in 3 days you should be able to come back to the store to fix it. For the hassle I should have just ordered online.

I bought my pool cue and case here and I'm so pleased with it! I went back later to buy better chalk. Pink chalk is cute but not so good for playing pool.

Owner was very courteous. They have a great selection of pool and dart supplies. Was able to get a much needed end for a pool cue. Definitely the go to place for pool stuff on the west end!

Should be able to return brand new unused items within one day of purchase regardless of the store policy.
