Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. 3 years and not 1 review no raise. You might get the cost of living with a whole 25-50 cents. Benefits are on the lowest scale according to Blue Cross insurance. The disorganization is ridiculous with as much upper management as employees. Safety is almost non existent with workers getting hurt every other day. You are not appreciated for hard work done. Your constantly pushed to be faster and get more done. Your just a number. They also have found every loop hole to jump through with the labor board. I would not recommend working at this place.
