Lauren and Myles are simply amazing! Not only has my dog made so many new dog friends but, I also have the privilege of getting to know the owners of Pinnacle Pets. They take such pride in their work and it shows. Very knowledgable about the areas in which they are hiking, as well as the dogs that they have with them. I would highly recommend using Pinnacle Pets as your dog will make many friends, and come home happy and tired!!

Lauren and Myles took amazing care of my puppy Molly while I was visiting Port Alberni for a month for work. Molly was always exhausted after spending the day with them and it gave me peace of mind to know she was well cared for while I worked. Lauren was very responsive, accommodating and always sent me photo updates which I appreciated. Money well spent!! Thanks guys!

I take my dogs to work with me 4 days a week and I thought my dogs were very happy to live this life until I started to hire Pinnacle for the 1 day they stay home. Well now I think my dogs would rather stay home because they think that means Lauren will come to get them for their hike. My youngest dog is a rescue and was very timid with other dogs but after spending time with Lauren and the pack her confidence has sky rocketed and she LOVES being out with other dogs.

Lauren and Myles have been taking great care of our golden retriever, Koda, since his first adventure hike with Pinnacle Pets as a puppy. He loves them both (gets excited at the front door when he hears Lauren’s name) and always gets a great workout. Koda started staying with L&M when we were traveling out of town because we knew they’d care for him like their own dog. Since moving further up the island we still make the side trip to Port Alberni whenever he needs overnight care. We really appreciate how Lauren always sends photos of their adventures during his stays. Would enthusiastically recommend Pinnacle Pets to anyone who wants to feel confident that their pup is always in great hands!

We have been using pinnacle pets for around 2 years now and it is the best decision we ever made for our fur babies! Lauren cares about our dogs like her own! We have used her over night stay service multiple times and our dogs go for weekly hikes and I cannot recommend enough! We don’t know what we would do without her.

Lauren and Myles have provided care, training, exercise, overnights and guidance for 3 of my dogs since 2017. I honestly am extremely grateful for this service, I fully trust them always, and my dogs are SUPER excited to hear their “adventure bus” coming down the road! I give 100 thumbs up!!
